"The room was clean. It’s a little old looking. The building needs to be better maintained. Nothing really nearby except for a gas station and one restaurant."

"Stayed for 4 nights between Xmas and New Year to ski at Mont Sainte-Anne (about 10 min by car). Room very clean, with good space, good mattresses, good space in the bathroom. Staff very helpful. It was all in all very good, especially considering the fact it is a 2,5 stars. The hotel was fully hooked the 2 first nights. "No key given. Asked to leave room unlocked when we left. No food in hotel or near by. Hair on washroom tub and in sheets"

"Wrong photographs posted and charged me for a double story suite but gave me a room. No one was available for help and the emergency phone number they provided is useless too"
