Downstairs, there's another large TV/lounge and outside a further spacious covered area under the balcony with outdoor lounging furniture and dining table to enjoy shelter from the sun (and odd shower).
Wide steps lead down to the huge swimming pool which enjoys all day sun, so will be one of the warmest outdoor pools you've ever experienced. Walk amongst the various palms and young ginger lilies in the garden and help yourself to delicious mangos from our trees when in season.

We're a short drive away from Rodney Bay with its extensive tourist facilities including bars, clubs, restaurants and supermarkets. Closer to home is the marina where you can enjoy the outdoor bar at the boardwalk, or choose from a number of restaurants to eat.

Rodney Bay has a long golden sandy beach and closer to home within 15 minutes walking distance we have world heritage site 'Pigeon Island' with further stretches of sandy beaches, bars and outdoor restaurants.
For golf enthusiasts we are virtually walking distance from Sandals Golf and Country Club and 5 minutes drive from the new and exclusive Cabot Golf Club.
Friday night Gros Islet music event is a must. Put your best jumping street party shoes on and enjoy the sounds until the early hours.
