"The Hotel was absolutely fabulous & certainly lived up to expectations , We had a suite on the 14th floor . The Housekeeping was brilliant & the suite was extremely comfortable . The staff could not have been more professional , helpful & informative . I cannot name them all but Barbara on Reception . "The rooms are clean and nice and the staff is helpful. It’s nice to have a bar at the rooftop."

"Morgenmad var ok"

"Hotel was clean, staff friendly. We stayed 7 nights. Unfortunately construction was going on right outside my window . Had I known this I would have not picked this hotel. I feel like they should have made this aware for the price I paid to stay. I did request to change rooms they moved me to a higher floor in another room that was located right by some sort of maintenance room that had loud noises all night long probably even worse than the construction. Basically I didn't sleep for seven...

"Really good situated for all kind of experiences. Subway lines really close by. Close to good dining places in Hell's Kitchen. And just a few steps from Times Square and Broadway theaters. Intelligent rooms with big and comfy bed. Rooms are small and no so much room. Recommend 1-2 in a room. We had some noise problems at one of the rooms due to a lot of late and early activities in neighbour room with knocking on doors and talking. That and a not very nice breakfast buffet is the reason for 4...

"Only issue was possibly thin walls, as a seemingly drunk individual was being very loud after midnight outside my room, but my roommates seem to think he was in the hallway and that therefore the walls themselves are not actually thin and problematic."

"This place delivers every single time. I stayed there four times now, both during Christmas and New Years as well as in July/August. The location is amazing, the doormen are friendly and helpful, watching 57th and 6th corner from the room is astonishing. The elevators could be faster, but I don't think I waited longer than a minute, maybe two this time around. Great, great value for the price."

"Fint sted, men der var meget larm fra gaden på mit værelse og morgenmaden er ikke meget værd."
