FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. INTERCITY BUS SERVICE: Tasmania has you covered with a variety of intercity bus services to make your city-to-city travels a breeze. If you're heading to or from Launceston and the southern spots like Hobart, make sure to swing by the 'Kinetic' website. Notes



As the property is located within native bushland, there may be some friendly local insects, animals that stop by the property to visit at times.



Just a friendly heads-up: There's a vineyard nearby that uses a bird cannon when their grapes are in season. So, during the Summer and Autumn months, you might hear it going off quite often throughout the day. The retreat is conveniently located near the highway, due to this you might hear some minimal traffic noise.



The gas heater in the living room is not operational. The property has a heat pump which is sufficient to heat and cool the property.
