Cocoonr offers this magnificent 240 m² air-conditioned villa with sea view and swimming pool for rent in Grimaud, on the heights of Saint-Tropez. It can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises an attractive 125 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three shower rooms (with showers), a bathroom (with bath) and a garden of around 4,100 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 125 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), corner sofa and dining area
- A modern, open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
Level -1
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and workspace
- Suite n°1: queen-size bed (160×200), storage space and en suite shower room and WC
- Suite n°2: king-size bed (180×200), TV and en-suite bathroom (with bath) and WC
- Suite n°3: king-size bed (180×200) and en suite shower room and WC
- Shower room with WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside
- Private heated swimming pool, 5×11 m, open from 1 May to 15 October. It has a security system with alarm. All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
- 4,100 m² of private, unenclosed garden with oak, cork, olive and vine trees
- A 15 m² covered terrace with pergola and furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A 20 m² balcony-terrace adjoining the living room
- A 20 m² balcony adjoining the kitchen
- A petanque area
The house is ideally located in Grimaud, in a very pleasant setting with panoramic views over Saint-Tropez, its Gulf and the ports of Grimaud and Cogolin. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Nearest train station: Saint-Raphaël Valescure SNCF station, approximately 1 hour 09 minutes (37.5 km) by car.
- Nearest airport: Gulf of Saint-Tropez airport, about 19 minutes (11.4 km) by car - Toulon-Hyères airport, about 56 minutes (46.8 km) by car

- The cameras installed in the accommodation are actually alarm detectors. They can only take photos or videos if the alarm is triggered.
