La Conciergerie de Grimaud will personally welcome you and give you all the advice you need. The aquatic area: a heated swimming pool is open from the first weekend of April to the end of October. The large pool will be open in May, but the waves and water slides will be operational from June until 20 September. The pools are accessible with badges against a deposit. In order for our guests to avoid additional taxes, bed linen is not included in the rental, but this service can be provided for an extra charge. The final cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, who agrees to pay the cleaning staff directly. Regular cleaning is available for an extra fee, which may be higher if the tenant does not maintain the apartment regularly during their stay. The kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, countertop, etc.) is also the responsibility of the tenant, as well as the dishes, which must be washed and put away. The trash must be emptied and placed in the containers.



The rental of the accommodation is independent of the operation and availability of the facilities, amenities, and services provided within the resort. Consequently, any closure, interruption, restricted access, or malfunction of these facilities, for any reason whatsoever, shall not affect the validity of the rental and shall not entitle the guest to cancellation, a price reduction, or compensation.
