"We loved the view from our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. We took a longer walk over the nearby bridge to see the beach and old fort. Breakfast was also really good, and we enjoyed eating in the restaurant with a view of the marina. We would love to go back again, and we would highly recommend to friends and family!"

"Absolutely amazing staff from the minute we walked into the hotel. No elevator and we had very heavy bags so they delivered them to our door. We had to check out an hour before breakfast so they made us a fresh breakfast at 7:30am. Went to their bar and very friendly bartenders. Offered excellent suggestions for going around town. Parking was on street and super convenient. Hotel was very clean and looked recently updated. Definitely 5 star for us!"

"A really amazing and easy stay - just what we needed for one night stay over"

"The facilities are immaculate. The location is about a 10 minute walk to town center which is not a problem if you are able to walk. We had a car and the parking was perfect. Cara does a wonderful job of keeping in touch with you. We had the double room and if you have large luggage it could be a little tight but we only brought in what we could need for the night. Once again, the room and bathroom were very clean!"

"Right in the middle of Kinsale but without the noise and crowds you would expect. The managers were helpful and proactive a lot time of check in. Fantastic coffee with an easy Nespresso machine plus refrigerator, spa-like towels, lots of outlets and a fan. "The staff was awesome and place was great. Views fantastic. Lots of hills to walk but worth the walk. Must be European thing but no wash clothes in bathroom but none of my hotels have had them. One downside is although there is off site parking it is a difficult parking lot. Overall i was very pleased "

"Fantastic place to stay. The views were amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Each day a housekeeper came to empty bins and top up items. So unexpected service and was great. All amenities you need for a great stay. Town totally walkable with lovely shops and lots of history. Cathedral, heritage centre fantastic things to visit. Only negative was the stairs to the apartment but came away a lot fitter then when arrived "

Since we had no WiFi available we could not contact the phone number supplied and nobody sent a reply when we finally had a WiFi connection.
