"The main desk clerk was rude, there was no pool on the hottest day of the year 4 th of July weekend nor was it disclosed to me when booking that the pool was out of order. By Expedia or the hotel. When trying to rebook no hotel was available due to holiday weekend. When bringing it to the attention of the desk clerk he was incredibly rude and no helpful starting you booked through a 3rd part and there’s no refund anyway within 24 hrs. The pictures of the property were not even remotely relevant...

"Vi boede en enkel nat på hotellet. Vi var glade for det kun var en enkel nat. Der var ekstrem dårligt indeklima på værelset. Det var enormt fugtigt. Både gulvtæppet og dynerne var fugtige. Det skyldtes ikke vejret udenfor. Havde vi booket flere nætter, så havde jeg forladt stedet og fundet et andet. Værelset fremstod også mørkt og var ikke særlig indbydende. "

"Our favorite hotel in the area as they have an outdoor pool, which is unusual, and it’s clean and beautiful. We love staying at this hotel. Our only issues would be that you can’t check until four and you have to check out by 11 so basically we’re losing five hours of time that we’re paying for in a 24 hour period, but I think that’s just hotels who are short on Maid staff? A more appropriate time to check in would be more like one or two. Also, they should not charge for the pool since the room...

"We picked this place because it was half-way to our destination, had a pool for the kids, and was pet friendly. The hotel looked like it has seen better days. We arrived in the middle of a heat wave, and their A/C was broken in the lobby, making impossible to hang out at the bar. The staff looked miserable (housekeeping staff was much nicer than front of the house); one of the 2 elevators was broken, and the ice machine had issues. The pool was slimey at the bottom and the water wasn't super...
