"Comfortable and stuff is supper noce"

"Beautiful property! View was awesome, nice beach with chairs. The room could use some updating, stove top was broken so our morning coffee was delayed as the burner was very slow to heat the water for our French press we travel with. The view from our room was peaceful however the barbecue area was in direct view and there was always garbage piled up and was not pleasant to see. Overall great stay! "

"My husband and I brought our puppy. He had a great time running around the yard and beach. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. The property is beautiful and we were very happy to find a pet friendly place on the water and close to town."

"We had an amazing time! The home is gorgeous with beautiful furnishings and so much light. We love sitting in the backyard and we had everything we needed (2 adults and two teenagers). We were a quick walk to the amazing restaurants and shops of Greenport and an easy drive to numerous beaches. I highly, highly recommend this property!!"

"House is impeccable and very well equipped. Great backyard with lounge chairs + grill, bikes and beach acccessories in the garage and a fully-stocked kitchen for everything you need on your trip. Backyard is great for well-behaved dogs (just know it's not fenced-in). House has plenty of room and comfortably sleeps 8 people - bunk beds are a nice bonus for kids. Unbeatable location: 5-7 mins drive from downtown Greenport, 5 min drive from local vineyard and private beach is a 7 min walk from...

"Property is perfect! Only 5 minutes from town, and so close to all of the vineyards. Well appointed with everything that we could possibly need— from toiletries, to wine keys, cooking, and coffee, making supplies. Beautiful rooms that were clean and comfortable. Beds and bedding were hotel quality. Gorgeous in ground pool, hot tub and indoor/outdoor patio for relaxing. I’m saving this property as a “favorite”!!!"
