Met Abby the graffiti what an amazing experience. Low shedding happened every couple of hours wich i thought would impact our stay, but wasn't an issue. Loved and would go back if we ever come back to East London. You wont be sorry"

"This was my first time staying at Hillcrest and it was so lovely! The owner and her staff were extremely welcoming, the room was comfortable, breakfast was fantastic. The location is convenience to restaurants, a mall, and the beach. I will definitely be back!"

"This establishment is safe in a quiet environment next to a lot of amenities. There is a bar. There is a free breakfast. The Internet is not good, and security guards lock the main door of the building until 5:30 am. Other than that, it worth every penny we paid for."

As a wheelchair user I had the accessible room, which was the most accessible disabled room I’ve stayed while in South Africa. Roll-under sink, grab rails in the bathroom, shower seat and adjustable height shower, mini-threshold ramps. Would definitely recommend. "
