Pets are allowed, but all pets must be discussed and approved in advance.
Smoking is not allowed in the house, but is OK on the rest of the property as long as butts are disposed of properly.
To start off your stay, I try to make guest comfortable by supplying some basic items
For guests I supply decent amount of:
• toilet paper
• paper towel towels
• Paper plate plates
• bottles of water
• K cups, creamer cups and sugar packets
• Individual packets of condiments
• single use soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc
• cleaning supplies, sponges, scrub brushes, etc
• Broom, mop, vacuum, etc

You are allowed to park on the side of the house or in driveway but the city doesn’t allow parking directly in front of my home. City doesn’t allow street parking from 3am-5am, Don’t want you to get a ticket! They can be lenient during some events hosted in the city like holidays and packer games

Garage is off limits but if requested:
•I can pull out grill and grilling utensils, charcoal,
chairs, tables, etc
•On request I will pull out fire table on driveway
•If you want to use the fire pit let me know, I will supply some wood, fire starter, cooking pokers, etc
• if hammock porch chairs are not up I can let you know where they are located, I don’t always keep them up in case of bad weather.

•Upon check out I request kitchen garbage be put in outside bin, other food free garbages and recyclables can be left
•Dirty dishes placed in dishwasher and start cycle, even if it’s not full, clean dishes can be left in dishwasher.
