In line with our "Green Key" certification, we proudly hold, we maintain sustainable business practices including our effort to reduce our energy waste. Moreover we do not advertise that bungalows have private outdoors spaces. Our private beach is very clean and serene. Our sunbeds are more than 200 around the pool, the lawn area, on certain bungalows and our private beach, plus our private gazebos for exclusive booking (there is always one available). Our breakfast rooms is open from 7:00 until 10:30. After that time we are happy to offer room service, all day dining and a la carte lunch. If you felt that our check-in staff was not according to your standards we sincerely apologize. We take all reviews very seriously. We do not appreciate anonymous review which contain more inaccuracies than facts. We do appreciate constructive criticism which unfortunately was not present in your comments. We always aim to provide a superior service for all our guests and we are sorry that you have left the hotel thinking otherwise. It is disappointing that you found the menu limited and to learn that our wide selection of exquisitely presented local and international dishes which are prepared daily with the utmost care and using fresh ingredients, did not fulfill your expectations. We are confident that we provide a wide selection of dishes catering for all tastes on the buffet service that exceeds the official 4* rating. We do have the option for guests to book a private dining option in the Lungomare Restaurant where we are able to meet with individual requests more easily.
