The staff were incredibly accommodating in our arrival, transporting services and departure. The dining was great. Each staff member took time to ensure we were cared for. The upgrade was amazing. This hotel is luxurious, beautiful and pure serenity. What a lovely place this is!

Super mooi hotel, kamer zeer goed. Super lekker ontbijt een mix tussen een buffet & à la carte. Fitness was zeer goed. Je kan kiezen om aan het zwembad te liggen of op hun prive strand (3min wandelen). Op het strand had je ook altijd een personeelslid aanwezig als je iets wou drinken. Enige verbeterpunt in de kamer is dat de badkamer raam geen verduisterende gordijn had waardoor je s’morgens al vroeg wakker was door het licht dat binnenkomt. We zouden zeker terug dit hotel kiezen, zeer fijne locatie, gratis parking voor de deur en top service.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit tollem Personal!
Der Aufenthalt war fantastisch - ein ganz tolles, ästhetisch ansprechendes Hotel mit unglaublich freundlichem Personal. Viele Angestellt wollten viel mit uns reden - wodurch die Atmosphäre sehr familiär war. Auch das Frühstück war phantastisch - die perfekt poschierten Eier ein Highlight für sich. Mein Mann und ich würden definitiv wiederkommen wollen!

The breakfast was very good and there were a lot alternatives to choose from. The facility was perfect and perfectly decorated. The staff was very helpfull and kind. Private beach was close to the hotel. There were buggies for transportation however we didnt use it. You can easily walk or take your own car there are plenty of parking spots. The sunbeds at the Private beach was very comfortable.

Super hôtel dans une zone moins super
Nous avons passé une super semaine au theros! Le personnel est très serviable et aimable, les facilités de 1er ordre, le petit déjeuner au top! Le design de l'hôtel est très réussi ainsi que la décoration. Cela nous a fait oublié les quelques petits points faibles de l'hôtel à savoir: l'environnement extérieur est dans une ex zone industriel, la plage (très belle) est accessible après une courte marche de 2 mn et une route à traverser. Nous devions avoir la chambre la moins bien située, notre terrasse n'était pas agréable car accolée à l'extraction air du restaurant (ca sentait la nourriture nuit et jour) La vue sur la mer de la chambre est minime car cahée par la construction d'un batiment en face. Malgré tout nous donnons un 4,5/5 à notre séjour!

Gorgeous Hotel near Kos town
Beautiful hotel in a great location just outside Kos town. Very stylishly decorated with a gorgeous pool area. The lobby and bar area is also stunning and the whole ambiance is calm and serene! Our room was lovely with a huge balcony (with a hammock) and a sea view! The only negative in the room is the open bathroom, a little bit more privacy would be better in my opinion! Everywhere is spotless and the breakfast was also delicious. There was a buffet and/ or an a la carte menu. lots of choice! The staff were also so nice..special mention to Etze, Olga and Maria at reception who were always smiling, very welcoming and extremely helpful! We would definitely recommend Theros All Suite Hotel if visiting Kos and we will be back for sure!

Das Theros ist in jeder Hinsicht ein Fünf Sterne Hotel. Die Zufahrt und die unmittelbare Umgebung lassen allerdings zu wünschen übrig: Baustelle und Müll. Der Strand ist nur über einen schmutzigen Trampelpfad zu erreichen.

We Stayed in this property this April and it was just stunning. The staff were kind and so so friendly and the room and service was just incredible. The food also was amazing, every meal me and my partner had were all so delicious. Such a quiet and lovely place to go for any amount of time. Highly recommend for anyone considering staying here it is definitely worth every penny.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Needs a massive improvement in all areas. The surroundings are quite honestly not what you expect when you arrive at the hotel. And definitely not a beach front hotel either. You need to cross the road and walk across to get anywhere near the beach. And yes, the pool was freezing and there was nothing they wanted to do about it either. So many people just sat by the main pool and not swam. Ridiculous all round really!

Dear Gurmeet,Thank you for your feedback which honeslty came to us as a surprise!The beach from our hotel is literally a two minute walk and also, we provide a convenient shuttle service upon request which lasts seconds.Outdoor pools due to the overall hot weather conditions and sustainabilty awareness, are not heated (and we do not advertise otherwise).On our behalf, upon arrival we also provided you with a complimentary room upgrade.Our reviews show that our hotel is far from ridiculous, on the contrary, it is FANTASTIC.Take care and stay safe.

The property itself is beautiful and new. We had a nice time but would not really recommend or go back. For a “5 star hotel”, the staff is poorly trained. They leave dirty plates on the breakfast table, do not place pool towels on chairs for you, or offer spa water by the pool. Spa bathroom was missing hand towels and the overall experience is more 4 stars. We got a room with a pool and the bathroom stunk the entire time. Every time you shower, the whole bathroom and toilet get soaked- it is a very strange set up. Overall I would rate the experience a 3/5- beautiful and new hotel but lacks luster!!!!

Das in diesem Jahr eröffnete Hotel ist absolut modern und stylish, eine echte Designer- und Architekturleistung. So schönes Interieur. Die Zimmer sind einfach nur großartig: geschmackvolle Einrichtung, Safe in Laptopformat, Badeprodukte von Meraki (super), schnelles Internet und Internetfernsehen mit einer Vielzahl von Programmen. Der Pool ist ebenfalls wunderschön. Zudem gibt es einen Strandabschnitt mit Liegen und Handtuchservice. Eine absolut traumhafte Location.

We've had a great stay at the Theros All Suite Hotel. The staff, food and accommodation were all excellent and it ranks as one of the best hotels we've stayed in. The hotel is situated about 20 mins' walk from Kos Town, so perfectly placed to access all that has to offer without being in the noise and traffic.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen
Das Hotel ist brandneu, alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir hatten eine Premium Private Pool Suite, die viel Platz bietet und mit allen möglichen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet ist. Leider war die Minibar bei unserer Ankunft lediglich mit einer Wasserkaraffe gefüllt. Im Gegenzug gab es eine Flasche Wein und einen Obstteller aufs Haus. Der Außenbereich der Suite ist traumhaft schön. Leider hatten wir nur an ein paar Stunden am Tag Sonne im Bereich der Liegen und sobald die Liegen im Schatten lagen, wurde es (Ende September) doch etwas frisch. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt und war somit auch recht kühl. Vielleicht lag es aber auch an der Lage unserer Suite (306), dass da weniger Sonne hinkommt… Das Frühstück im Hotel ist gut, die Auswahl ausreichend. Allerdings hat uns die Atmosphäre im Restaurant nicht gefallen: es handelt sich um einen sehr großen Raum und dadurch herrschte etwas Kantinen-Flair. Das ist aber Geschmacksache. An einem Abend haben wir einen Cocktail an der Bar getrunken und es gab Livemusik, allerdings kam in dem riesigen Raum keine richtige Stimmung auf. Der Service war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Housekeeping war ebenfalls gut, allerdings mussten wir bei unserer Rückkehr ins Zimmer mehrmals feststellen, dass die Tür zum Außenbereich offen stand, bzw. nicht verriegelt wurde. Somit hatten wir alles in allem einen sehr gelungenen Aufenthalt mit einigen kleinen Abstrichen.

Impeccable in every way
5* from start to finish. Check-in was easy and smooth. Welcome drink and relaxing while the front of house staff sorted everything. Escorted with bags via golf buggy. Nice touch of luxury. The room was everything we imagined. Private Pool Suite. The hotel kindly comped us a bottle of Prosecco on arrival for my birthday. Thank you. Buffet breakfast had everything you would want. Top quality produce. The pool area is such a relaxed vibe. However additional speakers around the pool would have certainly enhanced the atmosphere for me as I like some chilled pool music while sunbathing. The staff were attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much hassle and always willing to chat. I had a massage which was a solid 9/10. (Red haired therapist) Excellent. The private beach area is also a nice touch if you fancied a change of scenery. The hotel let us use the facilities long after checkout as we had a late flight departure. Which is much needed. Great to have the option of. A couple of things that could potentially improve the experience; 1) Taxi/Private cars. There is a severe lack of taxis on the island and the hotel could benefit from a fleet of cars for the guests. Whether it be an airport pickup or a short shuttle to Kos Town. And affordable. 2) Complimentary bicycles. I think the guests would love this added to the experience. So you could nip out easily. 3) Speakers round the pool area. Create a poolside ambience.
