Great business hotel by the harbour
Fantastic little hotel situated by the harbour. Nice view of the harbour and excellent facilities in the room like a clothes steamer .breakfast was great with an alacart menu and cery fresh squeezed juice . Staff at the hotel verybfriendly and extremely customer friendly. I stay at approx 30 to 40 hotels a year and this one has a very personal charm and high standards. Id definitely stay here again

Færgehavn og støj om natten
LÆKKERT hotel og venligt personale. Dog er beliggenheden et problem da det ligger lige ved en færgehavn. Dette medfører en masse støj som giver en masse gener især i aften og nattetimerne med rigtigt meget støj fra lastbiler, så ens nattesøvn bliver ødelagt. Vil ikke anbefale dette hotel hvis det er til en uges ferie men hvis det er til en enkelt overnatning er det et super sted. Rune Kragh

Dejligt hotel med god servide
Dejligt nyt hotel tæt på havnen i Souda. Hotellet ligger i køreafstand til både strand og by.

Excellent experience, very nice and helpful staff. Accommodations are very new and the hotel is impeccably clean. Small town experience. The hotel is only 5 miles from old port and a taxi is only 15euros, bus is only 5euros for two people. Bus and taxi are directly across from hotel entrance.

Nieuw hotel met goede faciliteiten, ruime kamers voorzien van alle denkbare luxe. Oa PlayStation, radio, koffie/thee en magnetron. Goede bedden. gelegen in de haven met diverse restaurants en koffie corners.

The property is very clean, beautiful, well designed with a determination to provide comfort and conveniences for guests. The food was delicious and well presented. The concierge was extremely accommodating. I travel extensively. This petite property ranks very high when compared to some of the other well known properties. The in room amenities added noticeable attention to the deliberate detail to comfort guests. In addition, I received a call 2 hours after I checked out that I had forgotten my watch. The hotel once again presented a willingness and honesty to do everything possible to return my personal property. I highly recommend this property. I will most definitely return for another stay when in this area again

Amazing stay
Great stay, good food and the rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable. 10/10 service. People often complain about the port noices due to the boats and etc, but personally we had no problem with noise during our stay. Ive stayed at ”5” star hotels in crete which has been way worse than this hotel, the fact that Oniros is rated 3 stars officially, blows my mind.

Great if you’re going to take a ferry. However pictures of the view were grossly misleading. The hotel faces a huge truck parking lot between it and the ocean, not what you see of blue water in the photos.Choking diesel fumes and loud trucks ruin any ambiance. Other then that rooms were nice as was the staff. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to air pollution and noise.

amazing place would 100% recommend.
Staff are so nice! Hotel is beautiful and so relaxing. Everyone is so helpful and generous. Breakfast is good and views are unbelievably. Close spots around the hotel for quick food late at night. Quiet and calms area, would def be coming back.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It is located very close to a bus stop, which will take you directly to Chania. The room was brilliant, very modern and newly furnished, and nice to have a balcony too. The staff were fantastic! They were very friendly and very accommodating, they went out of their way to make sure that our stay was as perfect as possible. The food was great, good buffet selection for breakfast and we had an amazing dinner there one evening! Thank you Oniros for a lovely holiday!

Das freundliche und sehr aufmerksame Personal hat uns am besten gefallen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist an für sich gut. Einzig wenn die Fähren ankommen bzw. abfahren, kann es etwas laut werden.

Great Hotel
Fantastic Boutique Hotel. Stayed with family of 5 very Comfortable in adding room. Great Location in Port. You need approx 15 min to drive to Chania. You will need a car.

This is a one month old hotel, so all the amenities are really new, so new that some of them are not fixed properly or still on the way. The staff are super nice, they are service oriented and try to help me to sort our all the queries.Location is perfect, it is opposite to the port, so can consider to take the ship to arrive from Athens to Crete without taking plane. A little bit off from the old Chania city, so the view and surrounding is better. There is bus to access to Chania, Rethymo....etc, quite convenient. I would say they are value for money. In the room, the coffee and tea is charged, this is a bit out of my expectation in which I don't need it.
