Bliver annonceret som 5-stjernet "Fine Dining" all inclusive. Det er fængselsmad i den tilgængelige kantine, de 6 andre "restauranter " er små cafeer med elendig mad og kø. de 4 a la carte retausranter er umulige at booke bord til. Man må ikke tage mad med til værelset. Roomservice er en joke i kvalitet. Værelserne havde flere tekniske problemer, og meget støj fra overboer. Poolvand kold og urent. Vi tog hjem 1 uge før end beregnet. Meget skuffende, og falsk markedsføring.

May be the islands best resort.
Receptionists made mistakes with my bill four times during our week, and they were not smiling behind their mouth masks. But the rest of the staff were sweet, kind and helpful. Great buffets but they don’t know how to make good drinks or coffee and the drinking water is standard air temperature unless you specific ask for ice cold water. Then you risc ice cubes made from tap water. All areas are nice and clean, and we loved fresh towels and full minibar everyday. We would have loved to experience all four ala carte restaurants but because off full bookings we only tried two of them. The Italian didn’t taste much true Italian but he Mexican was a hit.
Great fun. All worth it.
Last dinner and at the Mexican. Loved it all.
Beautiful clear water at the beach. Snorkeling with many fish.
Buffet dinner at the hotel.

This was an amazing stay! Food was good in all of the restaurants but i especially loved the grab and go. Specifically, the patisserie and the gyros bar were amazing! The only downside was the subbed situation as all sunbeds were gone by 7am but luckily we hade a ground floor garden view bungalow which provides sunbeds outside your room. But overall it was ana amazing for holiday!

Golden Wedding Celebrations
I was recommended this holiday by others for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. High expectations not fulfilled. Had to stand in que for half and hour plus to check in even though we had checked in online to save time. Buggy to bungalow on arrival asked driver to wait and take us back up the hill to get some food. He told us to phone reception when ready. Phoned for buggy twice but did not arrive. We had to walk in the dark not knowing where to go. Pleasant surprise in the morning when we opened the curtains lovely sea view almost on the beach. Lovely room only downfall not soundproof as stated. Main restaurant although plenty of choices the food was lukewarm. For a 5 star hotel crockery did not match and no teaspoon to stir tea-coffee. Other restaurants in resort were good. Bar staff and waiting staff were good. Angelo? in the bar at tennis courts was very nice. Dougie tour operator was excellent. Hotel made our anniversary special with a cake and fizz to our room.

Tolle Anlage mit vielen Pools. Leider sind die Pools etwas kalt und es fehlt ein Pool für Kinder (außer der im separaten Kinderland). Die Auswahl an Speisen ist super, geschmacklich war es auch gut. Das Personal ist wirklich klasse, sehr freundlich, schnell um Hilfe bemüht und sehr aufmerksam. Für eine Woche ist das Hotel auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist große, schön und sauber. Das Essen ist wirklich gut und es ist für jeden was dabei. Das Hotel ist für Kinderwägen eher schlecht, da man viele/oftmals Treppen hat. Man kann sich im Hotel erholen und die Zeit genießen. Hier und da ist es leider in die Jahre gekommen, weshalb es eher einem 4 Sterne Hotel entspricht. Das Personal in den Restaurants kann teilweise kein/kaum Englisch. Was wirklich sehr sehr schade ist, dass man in einem 5 Sterne Hotel für 1h Late Check Out 20 EUR bezahlen muss! Desweiteren finden wir, dass die Papierbecher die man überall für jedes Getränk erhält eine enorme Umweltverschmutzung darstellen. Wir hatten einen Garten Bungalow und würden diesen empfehlen, allerdings ist es sehr hell und leider teilweise hellhörig. Der Strand ist Kies und sauber. Das Sportangebot ist umfangreich und sehr toll. Schade ist, dass man unbedingt im Vorfeld eine Reservierung tätigen muss.

The rooms are not very insulated, you can hear everything happening in the next rooms! Did not sleep more than 4 hours each night due to young family next door and the people staying above us who stay up late. Left needing a holiday and very tired!

The standard restaurant was very poor quality food. They made it very hard to book into the restaurants (hotel.com did not provide the correct reservation ID to prebook). Bar service was quite slow. Staff were pleasant and the resort is well maintained Overall more of a 4 star stay. Did not have the refined touches of a 5 star hotel

Amazing place
Staying at the Mitsis was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, the staff friendly and hotel was very luxurious. They thought of everything from the smallest detail to make your stay an amazing experience. The waters are cold at this time of the year (pool and sea) but we booked a jacuzzi which was very well used by us. The only fault I would say is that the dishes in the buffet area were sometimes are not properly cleaned but as soon as I informed our waiter, they changed it for us. The food through out the resort is fantastic, from alfresco dining to chilled, something for everyone. My kids love the ice cream, it was their favourite place. The scenery is mountain, sea and pool, not much more to ask for. Overall an amazing experience that I would definitely be returning to.

Insgesamt gut!
Schöne Hotelanlage, jedoch nicht optimal, wenn man mit einem Kinderwagen unterwegs ist. Super Zimmer und der Service ist mehrheitlich sehr gut. Einzelne Angestellte hatten aber auch schon bessere Tage und ich fühlte mich sehr unwohl. Aber, das kommt wohl in der besten Familien vor. Etwas muss ich aber bemängeln: Die 4 Restaurant am Meer, welche eine Reservation benötigen, waren mehrheitlich schon ausgebucht. Daher ist seitens Verpflegung nicht mehr viel Auswahl. Da ist also noch Luft noch oben. Empfehle das Hotel sehr gerne weiter, auch wenn wir vermutlich nicht mehr dahin gehen werden, weil wir doch lieber auswärts essen gehen. Dennoch erinnere ich mich seeehr gerne an die Woche zurück.

Super mooie accommodatie met veel faciliteiten. Prachtige zwembaden, mooi privé strand met bediening. A la carte restaurants waren allemaal top. Bediening was zeer vriendelijk. Het enige minpuntje was dat de Wifi niet altijd optimaal werkte. Maar, dat is ook maar het enige.

A comfortable, low 4* stay for a family of 11
Overall the stay was very comfortable for a large adult family trip. Unfortunately the size of the a-la carte restaurants are not a suitable size for the hotels guest capacity which meant until we complained about the poor buffet food, we could only get one reservation in 10 nights to eat in one of the restaurants. The fitness classes were excellent, especially the beautiful yoga classes led by Victoria who I can highly recommend. The housekeeping could be improved as many days we were not given any towels, replenished cups/mugs/tea or coffee etc. The waiters/waitresses could definitely do with some training in how to please the customer as multiple times per day we were given attitude, or told no. But overall the service was average.

Très bon séjour ! Évitez la conciergerie.
Séjour du 12 au 24 septembre ! La réception est top, il nous ont changé de chambre après notre demande. Tout le contraire de la conciergerie, ils n’informent pas des modalités pour les excursions, surtout en période Covid. Nous avons été contraint d’annuler notre excursions car les infos n’avaient pas été transmises. Les services sont top, resto, piscines plages. Top.

9 blokes stayed here for a 30th send off and we were extremely impressed even with the hotel being centred around a couples retreat. Great facilities, good food, great ale and very friendly staff making us feel at home. If you do want something away from the couples night life the disco bar ran by Local Dimitri is brilliant. Very friendly, karaoke, sport and a whole lot of sweet Caroline.
