NO value for money and NOT 5*!
This is NOT a 5* hotel!!! I would say 3* at best. It is definitely WAY to expensive at this standard, lower the number of stars tom 5 to 3, and cut off 40% of the price, then you would feel you've got a nice hotel and value for money. Rooms are very old, The restaurant can't even cook frenchfries, The beach is located at the other side of a road and a very ugly parking lot, and the interior looks like an indecisive decorator had a blast with different styles, mostely old and outdated. The staff and the dance teacher is very nice, but that's the best I've got to say about this hotel. After 5 days we got transfered to Mitsis Blue Domes Hotel&Spa, and THIS was a 5* beauty! If you want to have an unforgettable stay, go there, NOT Ramira Beach!!!

I have have stayed at Mitsis a few times and have always loved it. Ramira beach is nice and service is generally good (better in the bar than in the main restaurant) unfortunately the main restaurant is too small for the hotel and feels stressfull and the entertainment and the size of the area to watch it is not great and in my opinion is not in line with the Mitsis brand. Saying that for the price its a good entry level hotel Mitsis option but if you have been to others dont expect the same kind of luxury the other hotels offer.

Excellent all-inclusive resort!
What a terrific place to stay! We were here for a week and wished we could have stayed longer. The room was lovely, facing the sea. Perfect for morning coffee and an afternoon glass of wine. The food was plentiful and fresh. We especially enjoyed being greeted by Ersida every time we went into dine. She is such a sweet and friendly young woman. Christina was our cocktail waitress for our after-dinner digestif and was outstanding! The head of housekeeping, Linda, was also very helpful. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. We took a 43€ taxi from the airport and paid 52€ for the shuttle back. We also rented a car right at the resort for two days so we could explore the island- well worth it. You can visit the other Mitsis properties; but we think Ramira Beach is the best! We’d definitely like to return someday.

The hotel is ready great and all the staff are really nice and friendly. Good selection of drinks and food. Rooms are dated but still nice. Swimming pools are great. Beach is not great stones and sea was always very rough.

Negativ: Falsches Zimmer bei der Anreise zugeteilt. Wir mussten am nächsten Tag umziehen. Kaum Sportangebot. Ein winziges „Fitnessstudio“ unter freiem Himmel. Kids Club nur auf Englisch. Spielzimmer kostenpflichtig. Die Geräte waren meistens defekt. Essen immer wieder gleich. Nach 3 Tagen hat man alles probiert. Sehr laut im Restaurant. Strand steinig. Das Meet nur für geübte Schwimmer, da schnell tief. Alle Liegen an den Pools und am Strand permanent belegt. Die Gäste belegen die Liegen bereits ab 07:00. Positiv: täglich ein kleines Abendprogramm, viele Cocktails, gute Strandbar und der Waffelstand. Insgesamt ein recht teuerer Urlaub für wenig Leistung. Würde nicht nochmal buchen.

Das Hotel, Personal ist super. Der Strand Top und in 1-2 Minuten vom Hotel erreichbar👍👍👍 Das Essen, für jeden was dabei und für Buffet echt lecker. All Inklusive funktioniert top. Einzig die Einrichtung der Zimmer vorallem Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Great bang for the buck!
The resort had a nice overall feel. The all inclusive is great especially when you’re there with your family. I loved the fact that there was a nice little cafe on the outside grounds of the resort as well as a cafe on the beach. It made it very easy to stop by for a bite or a drink no matter where you were in the resort. The resort has a nice specious pool and the beach was big enough to find a spot to sit. The water at the beach is a little choppy but the kids seemed to enjoy the waves. The proximity to Kos town was great! It literally was a five minute drive! The rooms were a bit tight but house keeping did a great job at keeping things neat and clean.. I loved the balcony which was furnished with chairs and a table. Great for relaxing in the evening!! I definitely, would recommend the resort for families.. Another great thing is that you can use the other Mitsis facilities on the other side of the island as long as you show proof that your staying with there sister resort. In addition you can also eat at there all inclusive cafes as long as you have your bracelets on.

Öncelikle karşılama çok iyi ve resepsiyon hızlıydı. Odamız ve otel genel anlamda temizdi. Sadece lobby katı wc ler daha sık kontrol edilmeli yoğun kullanım sebebiyle koku vs. oluyor. Havlular çok yumuşak bornoz vs hazır edilmişti. Servis personeli çok güleryüzlüydü ve iletişimleri iyiydi. Kahvaltı salonunda potlar küçük sıcak su hemen bitiyor, yenilenirken daha büyük boy düşünülebilir. Ayrica Türk misafirler için beyaz peynir mutlaka kahvaltıya eklenmeli, ve döner pork olarak yapıldığında, ızgara tavuk olarak alternatif olmalı hem ızgara hem döner pork olduğunda genelde Türkler için sorun oldu. Çocuk havuzuna yüzme bilmeyen yetişkinlerde girdiği için bir yoğunluk oluşuyor. Yetişkin havuzu 2 metreden başlayıp 3.5 mt çıktığı için onu da herkes kullanamıyor. Fakat yetişkin havuzunda deniz suyu ile doldurulduğu için yüzme de biliyorsanız keyifli oluyor. ulaşım merkezden 10 EU, otelden merkeze 12 EU vip araç ile transfer sağlıyorlar. Otelin çevresinde gezilecek bir yer yok. Deniz çok dalgalıydı ve derin olduğu için genelde havuzda vakit geçirdik.havuzbaşı İçecek servisi gayet iyi ve hızlı bardakların temizliği ayrıca 100 puan ve genel bilgilendirme için resepsiyonda harika Türkçesiyle memos a teşekkür ederiz. Sonraki ada seyahatlerimde kesinlikle mitsis grubu otelleri öncelikle kontrol edeceğim. Keyifli bir seyahat için tüm ekibe teşekkürler

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Zimmer in Etage 3 (Meerblick, Balkon und Sonnenuntergang) sehr geräumig,mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten.Betten sehr bequem und nicht durchgelegen. Tägliche Reinigung,leider wurden Handtücher zu oft gewechselt, obwohl dies nicht gewünscht wurde. All inclusive Möglichkeiten sehr vielfältig. Buffet-Restaurant sehr abwechslungsreich. Speisen am Mittag und Abend gut mit vegan/vegetarisch Symbolen gekennzeichnet. Auswahl für alle sehr gut. Geschmacklich alles auf hohem Niveau. Frühstücksauswahl ebenfalls groß. Leider fehlten hier vegane Optionen, abgesehen von Marmeladen, Hafer/Sojamilch und Obst. Der Kaffee ist nur Durchschnitt. Espresso an der Bar ist besser. Der Service im Restaurant war super. Die Angestellten waren ständig bemüht die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen ohne dabei zu stören. Die Angestellten waren scheinbar von morgens bis abends im Einsatz und dabei immer freundlich. TOP!!Der Service an der Bar war auch gut. Leider waren die Barmixer abends überfordert. Ebenso die Kellner. Spätestens zur Hochsaison sollte man hier noch zusätzliches Personal einstellen. Trotz allem Stress waren auch hier alle stets freundlich. Zusätzlich gibt noch eine Bar am Kiesstrand und einen Crepes-Stand auf dem Weg dorthin. Die gesamte Anlage wirkt sehr gepflegt. Kinderpool mit Rutschen usw. liegt etwas abseits. Gäste ohne Kinder werden so nicht vom etwas höheren Geräuschpegel gestört. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl

La nourriture est très bonne et variée. Les espaces piscines & plage sont immenses : jamais de soucis pour trouver des transats. En un mot : parfait ! Et en bonus, possibilité d'aller profiter du Mitsis Blue Domes pour la journée (si les petites routes sinueuses vous font envie)

Mooi hotel, maar je ziet wel dat het al iets ouder is. Personeel is erg vriendelijk, maar de bediening is soms wat chaotisch en daardoor langzamer. Over het geheel hebben we een heerlijke vakantie gehad en zullen we zeker nog een keer terug komen.

Nous avions en référence l hôtel Mitsis Alila à Rhodes....donc nous avons été déçu par cet hôtel à Kos.....il y a beaucoup d hôtel Mitsis mais ils ne se ressemblent pas. L hôtel Ramira est ancien et ses prestations sont moins bonnes. Malgré cela le personnel était au top et très aimable.

Really enjoyed the friendly staff and amazing buffet. It was impossible to get a reservation to one of the a-la-carte restaurants. They were all booked. For the last 3 days of our stay, the hotel was closing because it was the end of season, so they transferred us to the even nicer Blue Domes resort. That was hard to beat with their delicious theme restaurants by the pool.

Alles wad prima,maar er valt niet veel te doen in de buurt van ‘t hotel omdat het best afgelegen is. Minder leuk vond ik dat ‘t hotel geen bus activiteiten van zichzelf heeft of organiseerd om de kos stad te gaan verkennen.

Wir waren zuerst im Norida Beach und es hat us dort viel besser gefallen. Die Anlage an sich war viel schöner und der Service um einiges besser. Im Ramira Beach hat uns der Strand nicht gefallen, hier kann das Hotel nichts dafür, aber trotzdem war das für uns ein Grund, jeden Tag ein Fahrrad zu mieten und an öffentliche Strände zu fahren. Auch die à la carte Restaurants sind nicht schön. Sie sind einfach in der Essenshalle inkludiert. Das Essen war aber sehr lecker. Wir würden das Hotel nicht unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben 10 Tage in dem wunderschönen Hotel verbracht und ein Doppelzimmer gebucht. Es gibt nichts was negativ ausgelegt werden kann. Die Zimmer wurden täglich sehr sauber gereinigt, Strandhandtücher wurden regelmäßig getauscht. Der Service war gut organisiert, auch am Buffet, und vorallem sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war für ein all inclusive Hotel mit Allyou can eat hervorragend. Insgesamt gab es nur 3 Stunden am Tag, an denen man nicht essen konnte (von 4 Uhr bis 7 Uhr morgens :)), wobei neben dem Hauptrestaurant noch eine Creperie, eine Strandbar und und und existierten. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und konnte einem immer weiterhelfen. Poolanlage, Strand und die gesamte Hotelanlage waren sehr sauber und ordentlich. Insgesamt haben wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Hotel verbracht.
