Dejligt hotel
Dejligt sted, meget rent, fine værelser og venligt personale. Flot udsigt, og dejlige grønne områder. Man skal tidligt op for at få en parasol ved poolen. Maden var super fin, der var meget rent og stort udvalg i all inclusive standard. Det ligger lidt langt ude og der er ikke mange butikker eller restauranter i området. To strande tæt på hotellet. God værdi til prisen. Poolen var lidt lille i forhold til rigtig mange gæster, men det gik an. Skønt med både restaurant, bar og is ved poolen.

Service helt iorden. Men rengøringen trænger til et løft. Maden er ok. Området er super fedt. Drikkevare er og så iorden. Det værelse vi fik var temmelig dårligt men da vi henvendte os fik vi omg et andet og langt bedre

vi havde en dejlig sol-børneferie
Vi var 2 seniorer, 4 voksne og 5 børn mellem 6 mdr og 9 år - i uge 42. Nemt med All Inclusive og god og varieret buffet. God adgang til pools og fin sandstrand til børnene. Børneunderholdning om aftenen bar præg af træthed og at det var sidst på sæsonen. Ordning med håndklæder til pool og strand fungerede dårligt pga kun ET skift pr uge pr mand, og pga at den ansvarlige medarbejder ikke talte engelsk. Store 2 værelses suiter godt indrettet. Rengøring på værelserne ikke imponerende. Et par ledende medarbejdere gjorde sig meget uheldigt bemærket. Lederen i restauranten stak ved flere lejligheder sine fingre i maden for at smage på varerne - direkte uappetitligt. Desuden var han usædvanlig grov over for sit personale. På trods af det god stemning i det menige personale. Lederen af animationen dukkede op i børneklubben, hvor han råbte og skældte den unge instruktør ud med et meget aggressivt ordvalg - i børnenes og vores overværelse. Truende og helt ude af balance. Personalet ved receptionen meget hjælpsomt. Hjalp med en 'lånelejlighed' den sidste eftermiddag, hvor vi egentlig var checket ud. Dejligt for alle vores børn.

Tja, ok- men ikke mere. All Inclusive bestemt ikke et 4-stjernet hotel værdigt- ex. var de varme drikke at vælge imellem kaffe, the eller kakao... Og meget ens buffeter, og intet friskt skåret kød. Snacks om eftermiddagenbestod i toastbrød, som du skulle stå i kø for at få. Venligt personale. En bil et must.

God beliggenhed, med Pool tæt ved havet.
Vi måtte tage hjem efter 1 1/2 døgn grundet sygdom, men vores indtryk var godt. Er der mulighed for refusion?

Vi havde en dejlig uge på mareblue og maden var rigtig god... Vi kan anbefale det til alle... Vi gør det igen så snart at vejret bliver til det igen i foråret ;-)

Hotellet er rigtig fin, nyt pænt og rent.. Værelserne er dejlige og udsigten fantastisk! Hotellet er meget stort og fuld af børnefamilier, hvilket betyder meget larm og dagen ved poolen - så meget at det blev for meget for selv børnefamilierne, som selv måtte flygte.. På hotellet findes to pooler - main pool og en relax pool - her skulle der i følge skiltene være børnefrit, en regel der ikke blev håndhævet! Aftenunderholdningen var ringe og gik mest af alt bare ud på at larme mest muligt... Buffeten og baren var fin, god mad og venlig betjening.. Det kunne dog være fantastisk med mulighed for at sidde udenfor og spise morgenmad og aftensmad, i stedet for i et stort kantine område, hvor det mest af alt gik ud på at få fodret folk hurtigst mulig af... Receptionen var ubehjælpsom og på ingen måde serviceorienteret.. Ved spørgsmål fik man ofte et langt suk inden man fik et surt svar eller nærmere en ligegyldig kommentar, for hjælp var der ingenting af.. Og stod man bare en lille stund i receptionsområdet, kunne man uden tvivl komme til at høre sætninger som "not my problem" "not hotel problem" og "no I won't help you" fra receptionisten.. Hvis man kunne fjerne ca 250 af gæsterne og få bedre service, ville hotellet være et rigtig dejlig sted og et sted som jeg gerne ville anbefale, men ikke som det er nu..

This is a beautiful property with lots of space and plenty to do, within the resort for childern and adult. Although the hotel is in middle of nowhere there are many transport/transfer from the hotel at extra fee. Plenty of food but not enough option for to meet different dietary requirements, few issues with ants bit ones reported to reception desk it was sorted. Staff are amazing and very accommodating.

First I wouldn't use Expedia again. Paid £20 extra per night compared to booking direct with the hotel. The hotel is clean and has good amenities. Food is good. Staff are friendly. There isn't much in the local area. Two small beaches in very close proximity to the hotel. It can get a busy noisy at night due to the entertainment but otherwise ok.

Avoid. Awful. Cheesy. Painfully remote location. Bad music and freakin’ loud. Wi-fi service spotty at best. No porter service and lots of steps. In fairness, food wasn’t bad, but lacking healthier options (no restaurants or nightlife nearby). Definitely NOT a four-star hotel as it claims to be (wonder who they paid to get listed as four stars). Their description says it’s “elegant” - - there’s nothing elegant about this place. Hasn't been updated in a while. Decor a lá Fred Flintstone (Yabadabadoo baby!). Ants, mold, and leaky bathroom flooded our room. Weak water pressure. Kettle in our room was dirty. They put us in a different room, but same basic problems. We had had enough and wanted to leave. They refused to cancel the remaining four nights and still charged us. We checked out anyway, however extricating ourselves from this joint was an ordeal. Taxis unavailable and Uber not allowed there. Two hours sitting out front with Hotel California lyrics in my head…You can check out anytime you want, but you can never leave... We had to call a friend-of-a-friend-of-a-friend-of-a-friend to rescue us and deliver us to back to civilization in Corfu Town.

This review was made in hopes it warns others to book somewhere else and not waste their money or the hassle we went through. When we arrived we did not have the best vibes of the place. We were told that during our entire stay we get a total of 2 a La cart nights to book. They had weird hours to book these as a customer service person had to do this. We tried to book the one called olive and were advised it was fully booked during our entire stay and we could not. The other Italian one would be on our last night. It’s a bit ridiculous that you aren’t guaranteed to be able to have these dining experiences despite it being included. Also most more desirable things were not part of “the all inclusive”. Example if you wanted anything above a coffee was “extra”/ slushies extra. Those were the minor issues with the 1 star resort. The huge concern is the room condition. We got the “nicer room” and it was sea view. From the moment we walked in we noticed it was dirty. Red smudge stain on the couch. Black mould on sink and shower. One bed didn’t have a fitted sheet but both were covered with long, black human hair (as if not cleaned from the last guest), dirty counter (could smear brown with wiping hands on it when checking), dirty floor, walls, etc. the list goes on. Dirty stained towels, pillow cases. I went to ask to switch rooms and they apologized and agreed. The next room was just as bad! We left. They were difficult with getting a refund despite promising us. It took over 1MO

Our room what left with all doors opened prior to arrival. Room was filled with mosquitoes and bugs. My son woke up with a bite and a swollen face. The room was not was was displayed on the site. Old basic rooms with moldy showers and sink. Very poor

do not choose this hotel and waste your money
1) the room was nothing like the picture! the room itself is very old, and the bathroom is just TERRIBLE! 2) some staff were very impolite. i kindly asked for some new towels and the housekeeping staff shouted WAIT for the service. so do not expect any 5star service if you are staying here! 3) food was one of the highlights; which was great and a huge variety of food to be chosen 4) towels in the room were terrible; many of them had stains 5) very little pool umbrellas therefore people reserved their sun loungers super early (before 7am) but never showed up until 2/3pm! 6) kids programs were great; staff were very motivated and enthusiastic

Anyhow, if there were any issues, a phone call to the reception would've solved the issue and you would've arranged for housekeeping to take care of your room and investigate what has happpened as well as to replace the towels. We are sorry to hear that you did not share your feedback with us while still in the hotel, in order for us to be able to improve your experience. In regards to your comments about our pool areas, kindly note that there is plenty of space for all our guests as we do have two pools within our complex, our main pool and our adults only pool. It was amazing! Everything was better than we imagine. The only negative point is the mosquitoes. They are aggressive and nothing worked to stop them.

It was very comfortable and relaxing to stay at the Mareblue Beach. There are a lot of things to do especially for children. We did like polite service, pool area, nice view at the sea, children's place etc. We recommend to stay at this beautiful place.

Wonderful stay...
After booking this stay (for the pictures and price), my wife started looking at reviews. A lot of the reviews were horrible and we were thinking about canceling. We stuck with but were prepared for the worse... But everything negative we read in the reviews was just NOT TRUE! The staff is so helpful, friendly and fabulous with kids! The food offered was really diverse and tasted great. It was an all inclusive buffet. Plenty variety daily and in our 10 day stay there were at least 6 options daily that didn't repeat. Of course the basics like fries, pasta and salads are available daily! The deserts are great and the Tzatziki is the BEST! We also had a chance to eat at the 2 a la carte restaurants for free 1 night each. The Menu's we chose here were superb and a few steps up from the buffet The Pool area was great and the sports and animation team are constantly offering something to get active in. There is a wonderful beach near by with great sand and the water is only knee high for about 50 meters which is perfect for smaller children to play and the Water is CLEAR! There are also a few restaurants close by if you do want to eat out. The only trouble are the Taxis and Busses to get away fron the Hotel. But that can be solved by getting an inexpensive rental car from Enterprise right there in the main building of the Hotel. I could say much more but I am running out of characters. Mainly thank you to the staff of the Mareblue for a great vacation and relaxing atmosphere!

Hotelanlage, Sauberkeit, Personal - alles wunderbar. Essen sogar vorzüglich. Leider sind die wenigen Einrichtungen (Billard, Fitnessraum, Tischtennis etc.) in denkbar schlechtem und ungepflegten Zustand. Es gab leider auch niemanden, der dafür zuständig zu sein schien. Die massenweise Verwendung von Einweg-Plastikbechern etc. an der unteren Bar geht gar nicht.

Hôtel très beau en photo. La réalité est différente. Restaurant digne d’une cantine: enfermé, bruyant, nourriture de piètre qualité, vin imbuvable obligeant à prendre les bouteilles payantes. Aucun effort n’est apporté à la décoration de la chambre. Eau de la piscine sale Sol jonché de résidus de nourriture… Bref pas pour nous

Voici les défauts : lit trop dur , animations sans vie …animateurs absent sur le site .. uniquement présent à heure fixe à un lieu dit. Boisson sans alcool chimique et ultra sucre. Glace sans goût. Voici les qualités : on y mange très bien pour un all inclusive, le personnel est au petit soin très gentil, l’établissement est propre et le fait d’avoir une piscine adulte en plus d’une grande piscine commune est très appréciable.

Pleasant stay
We had a lovely time at the Mareblue. Location: the hotel itself is quite remote but the views across to Albania are stunning. There are two local bars and a Taverna but beyond that you have the hotel. Kassiopi is a beautiful village that is 4miles away - a cab is circa £13 each way. Rooms: the rooms are dated but functional. Ours was a family room with two bunk beds in. It was a little tight for our needs but we didn’t spend a huge amount of time in it. Food: the food was very good at each meal, there was always plenty of variety and the food was always hot as turned over regularly. The restaurant had particular pinch points when it was busy but you were still able to get a table at peak times. From a drinks point of view you only get certain things on all inclusive - the local beer is awful, lacks any kind of taste and is basically fizzy water. Recommend checking out the local bars for better local alternatives. You can also pay for other drinks at the hotel. Staff: Everyone working at the hotel works really hard and are really friendly. Entertainment: The entertainment is uneven - we had some really brilliant stuff - the Greek night for example was awesome, but some of it was woeful. The animation team aren’t always very visible. We were there for 12 days - and given the location that was too long and we should have stayed somewhere a bit less remote but the hotel and its facilities were great.

Excelent place, always clean and tidy. Staff always smiling and polite, from housekeeper, restaurant staff, reception, etc.. Food was top, always fresh nice. Hugely impressed, given the number of people there. Very organized during breakfast and lunches, again, impressed. At evening there is always something to entertain your children and family. My daughter kept saying she wants "Kaspar magic" show again and again. haha Made some friends while staying there. I will come back again. keep it up, my family loved it.
