When you arrive please go to the marker that says 8718 with the paved driveway then take a sharp right, that will be your house, park anywhere you like. You are welcome to enjoy the entire house and property. Both of the fields in the back are our so feel to use for games and ect.
If anything is needed you can call me(Heather) anytime. you will have my phone number when you check in.

EXCEPTIONAL!We had a wonderful week at this beautiful property. Everything was wonderful from the comfortable beds and thoughtful charging stations for our devices to the entertainment options, games, well-stocked kitchen, fantastic BBQ, beautiful outdoor living spaces and the unique sculptural artwork that added so much character to the property.As two busy women in need of a relaxing escape, we truly appreciated the peaceful setting and the obvious care that has gone into every detail. It felt welcoming, comfortable, and like a true home away from home.Nearby Napanee is a charming town with lovely shops, restaurants, and everything you might need during your stay, making the location even more enjoyable.Heather, James, and “Paige,” thank you for your incredible hospitality and attention to detail. You were wonderful hosts, friendly, responsive and so easy to communicate with which made our stay completely stress-free and memorable. We will be back!

Whole property was amazing , the host ( both husband & wife ) were so kind ,caring and supportive in every aspect. They went even beyond their commitments. I stayed there with my family including kids , everyone was enjoying and happy . The property was super clean in every place ( I guess renovated recently). The place is close to the grocery, lcbo and planty restaurants, eventhough the host left a box of egg ,lots of delicious cookies and a bottle of wine upon our arrival . The host comunicates very well and they have good sense of humor. We had pizza from Paul pizza first night. It was amazing. We'll be going there again for sure in future if needed. I do recommend this place strongly . It is also close to a boat tour, sandy beach and many attractive places. The place has beautiful sculptures in front and back.

This was one of the best short-term rentals that we have every stayed in. The house and grounds are beautiful and we had everything that we needed. Heather was an absolute pleasure to communicate with and was so quick to respond and help with everything that we asked. The John Boxtel Retreat is a true gem in the Napanee area and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium experience while staying in the area.

This was such a fantastic rental. Great location, house was beautiful , the host was very. Nice and accommodating . Would definitely rent from them again.
