House Rules:

- Check-in time is 4PM & Check-out time is 10AM.
- Smoking is not allowed at the property.
- Pets are welcome at the property with prior approval from the owner. A pet fee of £50 is required and must be paid before check-in.
- There is a £100 deposit to be paid prior to arrival. This will be refunded within 48 hours of check-out, subject to no damage or missing items at the property.
- The property has a private office room used for business purposes, but this will not affect your comfort or freedom within the property.
- Quiet hours are from 11:00PM to 7:00AM.
- Any additional person entering the property beyond the maximum number of guests specified in the booking will incur an extra charge of £100 per person, unless the management has been contacted and informed in advance.
