Rosehearty is a spacious detached bungalow with stunning sea views and private steps at the end of the garden leading directly onto the dunes. It sleeps up to eight guests across four comfortable bedrooms, making it perfect for larger families or groups looking to enjoy the Norfolk coast together.

To the rear, a generous open-plan living space offers a comfortable seating area with TV and Netflix, a dining area, and a sleek, well-equipped kitchen. Facilities include a fridge/freezer, two electric ovens, electric hob, microwave and dishwasher. Full-height glass doors frame the sea views and flood the space with light in every season. The fully enclosed garden features patio furniture and a gas barbecue, with private steps at the bottom leading directly to the dunes – and from there it’s less than a five-minute walk to the beach.

The main bedroom boasts a king-size bed, sea views and a freestanding bath for a touch of luxury, plus its own TV. Adjacent is a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. At the front of the property is a second king-size bedroom, alongside a twin room with two full-size (3') single beds. Bedroom four, also offering twin 3' single beds, is accessed from the main hallway. Outside school holidays, discounts for up to six guests apply when bedroom four is closed. A second bathroom with a large walk-in shower, wash basin and WC serves the remaining rooms.

The garage houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, and there is off-road parking for up to three cars.

Up to two dogs are welcome at Rosehearty at no additional charge and may stay throughout the property. They’re welcome on the sofas if throws are used – please bring your own.
