One of the true highlights of this property is the outdoor sauna, offering the perfect way to unwind and recharge during your stay.

This spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests and is ideal for families, friends, or group stays. The house features 3 bedrooms with king-size beds, one bedroom with a single bed and a sofa - bed in the living room for extra sleeping space.

The property includes one private en-suite bathroom in a bedroom (shower), one shared bathroom (bath), and one additional separate toilet, offering comfort and convenience for larger groups.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, cookware, and everything needed to prepare meals from breakfast to dinner. There is plenty of space for cooking, dining, and enjoying meals together.

For your convenience, free parking for 2 cars (for regular size cars) is available right in front of the house.

The sauna takes approximately 30–45 minutes to heat up, so please remember to switch it on before you plan to use it. (Since the sauna does not take long to warm up, it will not be turned on before your arrival).

We do not provide coals for BBQ.

Before your arrival, you will receive a rental agreement to sign, which includes all the house rules.

HOUSE RULES:

SMOKING. Smoking is prohibited inside the home.There is a designated smoking area on the back patio with ashtrays provided. Smokers are only to ash and dispose of cigarettes in the ashtray provided.

PARTIES AND SOCIAL GATHERINGS. Parties, gatherings, and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited on the Airbnb property. If you breach this rule, you will be charged of amount of 800£.

SAUNA. Use only clean water on stones and small amounts of water only (there is a cup left in the sauna, fill it half full of water). No food or drinks inside. No glass items inside. Please leave the sauna tidy after use. Maximum capacity: 2–3 persons at one time. Do not overcrowd the sauna. Do not leave Sauna turned on overnight or when you leave the house.

EXTRA GUESTS. No extra unregistered guests are allowed in the property. The number of guests staying at the property must match the number confirmed in the reservation. The base booking price includes 4 guests, additional guests will be subject to an extra charge per person, per night.

NOISE. Guests must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties - especially during nighttime hours (e.g. 10pm – 9am), and upon arrival and departure.

TRASH. All trash must be disposed of in these designated bins or in the trash can under the sink, our cleaning team will take care of that.

PETS. Please always contact with us regarding pet fees. Pets are allowed in this property only with extra charge for deep cleaning. You will be charged extra amount of £30/per pet /per stay. Pets are not allowed to sleep in the bed or lay on the furniture.

EATING AREAS. Guest may use only specially designated areas (living room table, patio table) for their meals. Eating or drinking in the bedrooms are not allowed.

EXTRA CLEANING. If a property requires extra cleaning after the guests leave (not a regular cleaning, but if something is left in a really bad condition).

SECURITY. All windows and doors must be locked before leaving the property. The owners of the property are not responsible for any left guests belongings. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house.

CHECKOUT ARRANGEMENTS. Guest must Check-out 11am at latest unless otherwise agreed. Keys have to be left in the lockbox, the property must be kept tidy, garbage must be disposed in the trash bin or a trash can under the sink, dishes and utensils used for food preparation must be washed.

IF THE HOUSE RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED GUEST WILL BE CHARGED.
