"A very unique experience - I truly felt like I WAS in a castle! No breakfast is offered but there are some snacks in the room. There is a posting in the room about the historical nature of the building makes the walls seem "thin" if loud noise is in the next room. So I appreciated them asking to keep the TV and conversation levels down. Finding the actual door to enter the building from the parking was difficult . A hotel unlike any other I've seen on a road trip!"

"The property served our needs for a one night stay in Caroga Lake. Finding the place was a bit of a nightmare. We had no wireless service in the area and the host did not provide very good directions. As we had no cell phone service, we could not call the host. We ended up going to the pist office and we were fortunate that a gentleman who was picking up his mail helped direct us to the unit otherwise we would have never found it.
