"Fantastisk sted og udsigt. Men maden i restauranten var helt forfærdelig. Indtørret bearnaise sauce, kold og tør bøf. En aften var der endda plastic i vores sliders. Vi ventede flere timer på maden. Morgenmaden var også dyr og dårlig. Virkelig ærgerligt at maden var så dårlig - det ødelagde lidt vores oplevelse. "

"Very nice hotel in downtown Denver with a nice outdoor pool, although high buildings mean that the pool is in shade for some of the day. Good but very expensive breakfasts. Likewise, very nice bar and restaurant (the dry aged tuna steak was amazing!) "

"We got there and the receptionist was so kind, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade. The room was phenomenal, bed and pillows comfy. Concierge was amazing, the property itself immaculate. We didnt sleep well becasue our neighbors were noisy but that was not the hotels fault. I would drive back to odessa just to stay the weekend here again."

"The people at the front desk was untrained and not aware of the benefits that gold members at hotels.com have. When I explained to them that it’s a free upgrade of possible, then he said “oh yes , but unfortunately we are fully booked and it’s not possible” . And then I have to show him that that was a big lie. I could book many rooms online and it was for sure possible to upgrade me. After arguing about that , it was finally possible . "The spa was very relaxing. We were able to check in ahead of the stated 4 pm check in time which allowed us more time to spend in the city."
