"Clean rooms and great staff"

"The property was well-maintained and the staff was awesome. Just about everything about the property was excellent. It was conveniently located, facilities were easy to use, and the staff was very attentive and helpful. "The property appeared to be well maintained. However, when my wife attempted to check in, she was denied service. When she asked for an explanation, she was told that they were not required to disclose the reason. We were disappointed by the lack of explanation and will not be returning to this property."
