"Nice warm welcome, room was better than we expected at the price, Hot drinks available in room , parking next to room, tv with sky, but only watched the bbc news, Breakfast was excellent nicely cooked, nothing was too much trouble as I went slightly off menu, good price. bar in the evening had a nice friendly crowd in, overall a very good place to stop"
"This hotel is immaculate, the room, the bathroom and everywhere else. It is really spotless: from the beddings to the towels. The window shutters and carpet are of exceptional quality! Lots of choices of tea, coffee and biscuits in the room! The small fridge and a hairdryer look brand new as well. Brilliant! "The room, facilities were fantastic. The little touches, Norfolk Natural Living….. bubble bath, shower gel and shampoo with conditioner, added to the quality of our stay! Bread source breakfast was delicious! Home made bread source biscuits with their amazing coffee in the room was lovely to have on arrival and again first thing in the morning. Highly recommend, everything was as advertised. "
"Both the chord for the window blind and the light in the bathroom had snapped off. You had to be a least 5 foot tall to turn it on. I had to pull the bed out to plug my bedside lamp in. There were not enough electrical points in the room.
They were not doing breakfasts either which was disappointing. The overall appearance would be described as tatty especially the bathroom with tatty paint work on the door surrounds and radiator.
The shower was good the beds clean and the towels were fresh."
