"Made welcome from start to finish genuinely cared about there customer. Evening meal was excellent again with good service. Room was comfortable and clean. Would definitely go back next time im in the area"

"Finding the entrance (you'd think it would be the front door) was tricky and I had to show a copy of my receipt upon check-in (seemed odd) so I feared the worst. In fact the room was lovely and warm on a very cold day, clean, had a desk and fast wi-fi. The takeaway next door was also convenient. Car parking was free and off road. So despite the weirdness of the check-in everything was fine and great value for money if you just need a no-frills overnight stay."

"This hotel is close to the town center and is also surprisingly quiet with it proximity to two major roads. Good parking with easy access .
The staff are welcoming and friendly this gave a homely feel.
The hotel is showing signs of it age and wear and tear, and is a little dated, but that is off set with the price. All in all a pleasent clean well priced hotel which we will definitely use again."

"Great reception nothing was too much trouble. Parked the car and able to walk easily round town and beaches.
Rooms cleaned daily, and for a change real coffee in the room. Microwave if required. We’ll be back next year all being well. "

Accommodation was 3 steps(I counted) to the bar/restaurant which was beautifully furnished,and the restaurant overlooked the harbour.I would say probably the best seats in the house to enjoy our evening meal,and gorgeous Yorkshire breakfast.Definitely will stay here again if there's a show we want to go to at the Spa, ideal location."
