"Pros: Friendly staff, delightful restaurant next door (where breakfast is served), comfortable bed, squeaky clean, good location, nice pool and hot tub.
Cons: Our A/C barely cooled our room at all. It was a cooler evening (low of 58 in August), but the window doesn't open so we had to use the A/C otherwise the room was too stuffy. But we were hot all night long even with it at its coolest setting.

"We were evacuated bc of the Bugs and Fred's fires. The staff was rude the moment we arrived. They decided to tell us all about how they expirenced fires and how this wasn't a big deal. All staff continued to behave short and unfriendly the whole 6 days we stayed. They seemed to be over worked and took it out of guests.

"The hotel was fine and the room clean and spacious. However, if you use the phone – even if it’s not being connected – there’s a $10 charge for simply dialing a number. And this charge is not listed.
We tried to call someone 2 times -> $20 without even being connected.
When confronted with it, the staff simply said: we know it’s a steep price, but we can’t do anything about it."
