"Great welcome from the host. The room was spacious and had everything you would need. Clean and inviting. Breakfast was great. From the balcony you could see the birds, wallabies and lots of other animals. And absolute pearl of a place! Definitely recommend!"

"Bugs in the sink. Old. Run down. Not at all like the photos. Smelly. Didn’t feel safe staying there. Mold on the shower curtain. Breakfast wasn’t offered until 10:20am. Didn’t feel comfortable to accept the food/drinks. Don’t stay the duration of the booking it was that bad. "

All of the staff and caretakers we spoke to could not have been more helpful, woolies and the dog wash are a 2-minute walk, this was a huge bonus as everything we needed was accessible without a car trip. Our Percy is a big boy and he was very welcomed; the unit was clean and well set up, we would highly recommend the 12th Tee to anyone travelling with their furry family."
