"Nice people and a good and clean apartment."

"Weekend passé très agréable, propriétaire réactif et très gentille. Logement superbe avec une très belle vu ! Je recommande"

"Ottima posizione a due passi sia dalla spiaggia che dal centro. Appartamento mansardato, piccolo ma fornito di tutto, perfino ombrellone e sdraio. Ci torneremo."

"I liked that it was close to everything. The neighborhood is quiet which i like. The apartment is pleasant. "

"The apartment is in a very interesting building in the centre of town. Perfect toy located to walk anywhere, with a supermarket 2 minutes walk. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you might need for your stay. Breakfast was included which was perfect, and was delivered every morning to the door of the apartment. Really yummy and convenient. Overall a great choice in Annecy"

"On a adoré"

Secure garage parking is available, but costs an additional 20 Euro per night. Also, the security deposit is made in cash, which we had not expected. The shower is adequate, although it drains slowly – just a head’s up! We were surprised by a puddle our first morning. Also, a small supply of dish washer and laundry detergent...

"We like to book via VRBO because we can use their app to communicate with the host. Unfortunately this host is not there to see to the check-in and check-out. Her concierge for the check-in could only contact us via email due to our limitations and him not having access to VRBO. We had to wait for him to be available. On checkout it was someone else and the host did not let them know that we could only communicate via email so we had to take our chance and leave the keys under the mat....

"Propriétaire super sympa, cadre idéal pour se ressourcer, calme, pleine nature. Je conseil pour de vrai vacances reposante"

"the place was nice, loved the view of Mont Blanc from the small balcony. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen equipped adequately. Parking was a bit away, not directly at the house."
