Casa alla Motta is an apartment on the ground floor of a two-family house in a raised position of the village of Gravedona. It is just 1.5 km from the lake, and thanks to its position it has a breathtaking panoramic view and is far from the chaos of the main road.



Despite being in a very quiet location, within just 2 km you will find all the services you will need during your holiday (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, pier).



You can choose whether to spend your holiday always out and about to discover every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or to alternate it with days of complete relax, staying in the living room and enjoying the view!



Every room in this house directly overlooks the lake: you can enjoy the view from both the living room and the bedrooms!



The accommodation has a complete kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, American coffee machine and electric kettle;



To complete the living area we find a comfortable sofa and a TV.



The master bedroom has a double bed, chests of drawers and a large wardrobe to store all your clothes.



The second bedroom has two single beds, a large wardrobe and a desk.



The bathroom is very spacious and has a shower with glass shower cubicle, sink with mirror, toilet and bidet.



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.



Don\'t worry if you run out of clothes or spill something on your favorite shirt. We have a washing machine ready to solve the problem!
