Live your holiday in the historic center of one of the most beautiful towns on Lake Como, only a few meters from the lakefront! Casa Valerio is a large (240sqm) historic residence, which in addition to the particularity and uniqueness of its finishes offers you all the comforts you need!



Entering the apartment you will find yourself in a spacious hall, from which you will be able to go to the kitchen and to the living room.



The kitchen is fully equipped: 5 cookers, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, toaster, pots, pans and cooking tools. You will of course also find dishes, glasses and cutlery for all 8 guests.



The living room, hosts two sofas in the sitting area with TV, a large table for lunches and dinners with friends, and also a third sofa bed.



The master bedroom has two wardrobes, TV and a private green marble bathroom with shower.



The second bedroom has a full size bed with its own wardrobe.



The third bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe, TV and private bathroom with shower.



The third bathroom, with bathtub, also has a washing machine available for guests.



Free Wi-Fi is available.



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary whitery for the beds and towels for the bathroom.



The apartment is on the first floor, reachable by a flight of stairs. There is a public car park 10 meters from the entrance to the house.



The apartment is located in the center of the town, all the services you will need are two steps away: cafes, shops and a supermarket can be reached in less than two minutes on foot!
