Casa Elena is an apartment at the first floor of a detached house in Gravedona, where you can relax without having any kind of disturbance. It is less than 400 meters far from the lake, so you can reach the lakefront also on foot in less than 5 minutes.



Within about 400 meters you will find all the services you need (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy).



You can choose whether to live your holidays always around to discover every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or to alternate it with days of complete relax, staying on the balcony or inside this new holiday home equipped with every comfort!



The accommodation has a complete kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, espresso machine, and American coffee machine;



To complete the living area we find a comfortable corner sofa and a TV.



The master bedroom has a double bed and a chests of drawers.

The second bedroom has two single beds, a desk and a wardrobe.

To serve both bedrooms there is a utility room with a large wardrobe to store all your clothes.



There are two bathrooms in the apartment: the main one with glass-enclosed shower, toilet, bidet and sink; the second one with toilet and sink.

The apartment has a private outdoor parking space for you.



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.



Don\'t worry if you run out of clothes or spill something on your favorite shirt. We have a washing machine ready to solve the problem!

We have introduced the self check-in, so you can arrive at the time you prefer and get in the apartment independently without any problems. the apartment will be available from 15.00. After booking will be explained to you the simple procedure for the online check-in and key collection, which you will find in a safe-deposit box next to the front door.



During the check-in will be required an amount of € 150,00 as a deposit. The bail will be fully refunded at the check-out, after a check to verify that the apartment has not been damaged.
