"We were able to park onsite which was very convenient. Apartment was beautiful and cozy right in the heart of the Yaletown neighborhood of Vancouver. Shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores were close by. We were easily able to explore many things in the surrounding area by foot including Chinatown, Gastown, and Stanley Park. "

The room was so lovely and big. Everything was clean and the bed was so comfortable!

"Hotel is every well located, service is excellent but its just too expensive, most big city hotels are getting that way in whichever big city you go. I am not sure it is necessary to be that expensive, makes it hard to want to come back and leaves you with a feeling that you could have done better. "

Our room (2 queens) were faced to the back of the hotel with big ventilators on roof of building next door right ourside our (blinded) windows. A place only for sleeping. Ear plugs needed."

"Our hotel stay was ok. On the plus side, the staff were extremely helpful and sweet, and the location was fantastic. We stayed on the quiet side of the building, away from the on-ramp/traffic. On the minus side- some kind of system (ventilation?) was in overdrive and the bathroom door rattled in its frame as a result - only really noticeable in the bathroom. The doors have seen better days and the breakfast cafe patio was dirty/ used for storage, not guests, as in the photos. Breakfast was a fiasco - understaffed and inefficient. Seating, order taking, beverages, and eventually food took 30-40 minutes. Food was poor quality and lacking any form of presentation. We were so disappointed that we canceled our hotel breakfast the following morning and went to one of the many great diners in the neighbourhood instead. Front desk staff had no problem accommodating the request for a refund. They also helped us to find transportation to our next stop, so things ended on a positive note. "

"We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready, which is of course fully understandable. But when we came back after check-in start time, we still had to wait a while for the room, which shouldn’t have been necessary. Parking is crazy expensive, but that seems to be the case in all Vancouver, so not a reflection of this place per se. The sofa bed in the room was not at all suitable for anyone to sleep in - it was literally not a mattress but a steel wire construction with a blanket and sheet on top. Instead, our 7-year-old slept on the couch seat pillows on the floor between the two regular beds. The carpet in the room is in desperate need of changing or deep cleaning, which rubbed off negatively on the overall impression of the condition of the room. Breakfast is in the next door restaurant and very plain (no fruits, cheese, vegetables as part of the buffet). "
