Front desk when we checked in wasn't as greeting as we expected, not welcoming or happy to see us. So coming in to check in didn't feel very comfortable. Hotel room wasn't cleaned to the satisfication, there was hair underneath the pillows and the bathtub had a pink mold in the corner of the tub. The morning we checked out the front desk lady was great and nice and welcoming. Also breakfast was great, wish the coffee was filled, ran out of black coffee at one point. Enjoyed the gym and swimming pool they offered as a hotel. First time staying here and it was a mediocore experience, i feel some things they could do different to make a guests experience more pleasant to come back again.

This was a great stay. The price was pretty decent, especially since the quality was very good. Room was very clean, and breakfast was surprisingly nice, especially COFFEE!!! The staff was very kind and courteous, and the employee who checked us in remembered my name when I came to get a toothbrush and toothpaste. The staff also allowed us a late checkout at noon free of charge since we’re waiting for our car to get out of the mechanic, as well as they allowed us to store our bags and suitcases at the front desk to go out until the repairs are done. This is a great property with great staff, and if I ever break down in Grants Pass again I would absolutely try to book here first. Thank you !!!

Generally I was pleased, although I was disappointed by the lack of hot breakfast options for vegetarians. The bed was too firm for me. The place was clean and appears remodeled. It’s a nice benefit to gain access to Club Northwest, a nearby impressive fitness facility.

Our room had ants. We left a non food bag on the ground and had to empty out about 30 of them. The place was pretty good for the price but dealing with random ants over the weekend wasn’t very pleasant.

Friendly staff and quick check-in. The room was clean but did have sugar ants on the floor and bathroom countertop. My only complaint is, for being a pet friendly hotel, there wasn’t a grassy area, or any area, to relieve my dog.

It was an older place, kind of out of the way, off the freeway, but it was clean and smelled nice. The room was ample big. We arrived in the dark so we didn't see the grounds until morning. When we got out of the room we saw that the grounds were clean and it was a pretty cool place.
