However, the rooms are luxurious and relaxing and the thermal pools are wonderful. I slept VERY well here. Overnight guest have to pay an additional $75 to use the thermal pools."

"The restroom are shared with others but they don’t clean them constantly! Restrooms next to my room was horrible dirty during my whole stay and I did bring this up to the front desk!"

"The room was okay. Staff was less than helpful, told me they had no onsite parking available because I booked the room through Expedia. Had to park in a pay lot 2 block away. We stayed 2 nights and can assure you there were lots of empty parking spaces the 2 nights we were there. It's obvious the front desk was BS ing me, would not recommend this place."

"I've stayed here several times. It appears to be under new management once again. I think this is the second change in less than a year. The elevator did not work during my stay. I noticed more graffiti on the building from my last visit."

"A flop house comes to mind when I think of this property. Ussually cab drivers know their town and mine was leery of the place. “watch your belongings” was his words of wisdom, but with only one other person in the shared dorm I was less vigilant. The storage locker was too small for my Rollie. Suffice it to say the room was clean, comfortable and quiet just over the river from the hustle of Portland. "
