"We enjoyed a very clean room with an awesome shower. The balcony view of the beach was exactly what we hoped it would be. Direct access to the beach, a nice pool, with lounge chairs. A couple bbq grills and a covered area to retreat from the sun while taking in the ocean. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Most bang for the buck!"

"The hotel was great for the price! The floors had a few black streaks and some dirt spots, but overall it was fine. The staff was super friendly, the pool area was nice, and the location was perfect, just a quick 2-minute walk to the beach. It’s not right in the busy downtown area, so it felt more peaceful and exclusive, which we really liked."

"Clean room, friendly staff, Air conditioning, continental breakfast was included, access to (sm.)workout room there was an outside pool on the property however it was closed for the season. Several restaurants beach and mini golf in Walking distance. The only downside and the reason for giving 4 stars instead of five was due to the smell of the room. "My family and I stayed at the Ellie Resort for my daughter’s 7th birthday and I’ve been to Myrtle plenty of times growing up but this was the most pleasant time we had! We rarely had to leave the resort for anything . My kids had an absolute ball and was so content with just being at the resort playing on the water slides and enjoying the pools! Great place to bring your kids and also enjoy yourself as well !"
