Note from Owner:"Welcome to The Cozy Cottage - This was my home for many years & I miss it daily!!! I miss the band-aid box top to the strip of copper covering old holes, the wood walls & ceilings, old door knob and crooked floors - the house has character. The main part of the home was probably built in 1860's with the kitchen area being added in the 1920's. It was a work of love to fix up and I hope others can enjoy its quirky cuteness. The location is incredible - you are with-in walking distance to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Every year we are able to do some improvements with the latest being the addition of the big sliders leading to the back yard. Next is the kitchen!
