"I actually expected cleaner rooms. I get the concept of it being a 'minimalist' or spartan style hotel but, I cannot accept either of those things to assume an unclean condition. The first room attempt had a dirty toilet and I stepped on a piece of glass. The second room was better but, still had its issues. I wish that I coukd attach photos. I believe that when these things happen that rooms should be comped or at least partial refunds issued for the inconvenience. It is truly a pain especially...

The lack of professionalism and care was shocking. I am furious with how I was treated and will absolutely never stay here again.""
