The first frustration was that management imposes a $75 charge on your credit card to cover "incidentals" and refunds it after your stay if you don't have room charges, This seems excessive and unnecessary for an upscale hotel that charges over $300 per night. We ate in their main restaurant and were also disappointed. Some of the salad lettuce was wilted, they don't offer any bread options, and the steak was below average in flavor. I expected better from an upscale restaurant that charges accordingly. Overall the hotel is very nice with these issues that should be easily addressed,
