Nice place, very good room
Nice place, very good room, friendly staff. We didn't use the facilities at the hotel, since we only went there to sleep before hiking in Grand Canyon.

Ok oplevelse og fin service
Ok hotel og ophold, hotellet virker dog lidt slidt. Ligger ca 8 km fra GC. Generelt god service.

Ok hotel, skuffet over mad og pool
Værelse var rigtig fin. Placering i byen og til Grand Canyon også godt. Vær opmærksom på at hotellet ikke serverer nogen former for mad - restauranten var lukket og morgenmaden kunne man købe en kasse i butikken. Så man skal være forberedt på at spise alle måltider ude. Swimmingpoolen var indendørs og det lille haveområde havde skygge det meste af dagen, så man skal ikke regne med at kunne sole sig her.

The bed sheets were dirty and weren't changed prior to our arrival. When we complained, we were moved into a disabled persons accommodations room. This room was such an inconvenience because were aren't disabled. The food in the restaurant down stairs was poor quality for the amount of money we spent for this room for two days. Breakfast was cold for some reason and the coffee in the Breakfast area warm instead of hot. We made several request for hot coffee. Finally, we went to Starbucks. Very poor accommodations for the money spent. Extremely disappointed!

The staff was super friendly. There was a little door slamming that could be heard. All sorts of in room amenities - fridge, microwave, ice maker, shaving kit, etc. The town outside Grand Canyon doesn’t have many dining choices and only McDonalds may be open after 9:00 so plan accordingly.

Room was not well clean and big bug was found on the bed, dirty room and bathroom one of the facet was broken, they didn’t address the issues But the staff was friendly and the location was great

The stay we had was amazing from the scenery to the staff allowing me to have wedding photos in their lobby and customer service. The only issue I had was the room itself, not having any trash bags in the trash cans and the floors not being vacuumed.

Check in was at 4- arrived at that time tk be told room was not ready. Also restaurant was not open . Also went down around 6:45 to get water they had out along with tea and coffee. There was no water left so I asked if they could refill it. I was told they were unable to and also that they were getting ready to take it down. It’s water and easy for them to refill. They also took away the coffee they had.

Really disappointed that the bar was closed because their bartender called in and they didn’t have anyone to cover. It was the whole reason why we chose to stay here for one night.

A woman staff member at the lobby desk was incredibly helpful. She showed real empathy for us when we had arrived a day early unintentionally and she worked quickly to get our room available that day. Her helpful recommendations for the Grand Canyon National Park were spot on. Efficiency Extraordinaire! Our only regret is we didn’t get her name. She was at the desk the afternoon of April 23, 2024. I'm hoping you can identify and commend her within your organization.

The first frustration was that management imposes a $75 charge on your credit card to cover "incidentals" and refunds it after your stay if you don't have room charges, This seems excessive and unnecessary for an upscale hotel that charges over $300 per night. We ate in their main restaurant and were also disappointed. Some of the salad lettuce was wilted, they don't offer any bread options, and the steak was below average in flavor. I expected better from an upscale restaurant that charges accordingly. Overall the hotel is very nice with these issues that should be easily addressed,
