"Stayed for 10 days with my family. It was easy to find located right on the beach. Stunning beach and view. We loved the screened in porch. This beach house had everything you could want and then some. Washer dryer, a/c, plenty of hot water, really nice landscaping and parking. While there the owner had two new paddle boards delivered to the house which was really nice of them. Everything worked perfect. There are easy steps down into the ocean. "This home was extremely comfortable with a private bathroom for each bedroom. House was large and very comfortable. It was well stocked with everything needed for cooking. The dock worked out great for our boat. We highly recommend this home."

"Wow! What an amazing place. We had a party of 6 and came to fish for the week. It was nice to be able to pull the boat right to the dock and have a workstation there to clean and rinse the day's catch. It was a great location to hit the ocean through the short canal. We didn't have to go far to dive for lobster, conch, and fish for various species. The house is spacious and gives everyone their own little space if needed and makes cooking/grilling nice to have everyone move about and not on top...

"The property has an amazing view. We had 11 in our group and had plenty of room never felt crowded. The area is very quiet and private. We were able to do snorkeling in the canal and kayak as well. "Family of all ages had the most wonderful time. Huge house with everything you could need. What’s best: the location. Start and end your day on the ocean view porch. Take a walk up and down the beach. Go from private beach walk, up to the Banana Bay restaurant…eat, drink, swim, relax. Dave and Yvounger are the best hosts we have ever dealt with. "Fantastic property, we had a group of 10 guys, two boats, worked out great being very close to the inlet and nice calm canal to dock the boats. The main house was very spacious and well appointed, as well as the annex and canal house. Would definitely stay again, the versatility of being able to choose 4, 5 or 8 bedrooms really worked out for us. "

"We work hard, live in the center of a busy growing city. We were looking for some peace. We didn't want to be close to the crowds and wanted to veg on a beach.Condo came with a car for getting groceries and a short drive to the beach. Banana Bay is just a down the road, 5 bucks for lounge rental, bar and canteen. Fresh menu, ate there most days and walked the beach. Thanks for the much needed rest."
