"One of the most beautiful hotels you'll visit in room 203 view of the cathedral staff gave you a cava when you arrived. Staff took care of reservations and your belongings and took care of your luggage. The spa is incredible dining and room decor incredible stay at this hotel if you have a chance in Granada."

"The property itself isn't bad, but the mattress was the WORST I have ever lain on in my entire life. It doesn't matter if the property is clean or has a nice bathroom if you can't get any sleep. Very disappointing!"

"The good & the bad! Beautiful modern room , bathroom & balcony in excellent position. Well airconditioned & comfortable bed. But… check-in took us an hour of waiting with our luggage outside the hotel. The spa on the balcony was too cold to use. The open toilet was practically in the bedroom. Loud noise from bars below continued until early hours of the morning."

"Great location and really friendly staff. The included breakfast is nice, while being quite small. The hotel and area is very quiet, perfect to get a good night's rest. The view of the Alhambra is limited, but not really necessary as there are plenty of opportunities to have tea/coffe/drinks/food while enjoying the views all around the albaicin. "

"Clean and nice looking/comfortable product. Food-wise breakfast was good. Service however a bit overwhelmed and at times slow/forgetfuk"

"Very nice hotel. Dedicated staff "

"Superb property and excellent staff."

"Clean room wide space"

"Rent og indbydende værelse, nem check in, gode til engelsk, muligheder for diverse behandling af massage osv, fitness, stor lækker morgenbuffet med noget for alle, rent pænt over det hele inklusiv parkeringskælder. Bestil parkering sammen med dit værelse "

"Really nice hotel in the middle of Granada - clean, cozy rooms and super helpful staff."

"Mente det var VIP hotel men rødvin blev ikke udleveret som det var forventet...Kunne godt tænke os et feedback fra jer på dette"

"Hotellet ligger perfekt centralt ved hyggelige tapasbarer og katedralen. Personalet er yderst hjælpsomme og vores junior suite var super lækker. Gode mørklægningsgardiner og trods den centrale placering hørte vi ikke støj fra gaden. Kan klart anbefales."
