Upon entering, you will be greeted by a cosy living room with a comfortable sofa-bed, accompanied by a side table, perfect for your moments of reading or enjoying your smart TV. The living room contains a dining area with a table for four. This area is complemented by an open-plan kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils for its use.

From the living room, to the left is a hallway leading to the first bedroom, with a double bed, and the main bathroom with a shower. From the living room to the right is the second bedroom, also equipped with a double bed.

The layout flows into a corridor that leads to the private areas of the flat. At the end, to your left, is the first bedroom, with a double bed. To your right, descending four steps, you will find, on the left, the main bathroom with a shower. At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom with a double bed.


The building is located between Plaza de La Trinidad and Calle San Jerónimo, just a few metres from the Cathedral. Its unbeatable location is perfect for visiting the city, as its proximity to the different monuments, as well as the main leisure areas of the city, allow you to easily enjoy the gastronomy, leisure and culture that Granada has to offer.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
