Facing the entrance is the master bedroom, featuring a spacious built-in wardrobe and a 180x200cm bed. To the left of the hallway is a full bathroom equipped with a shower.

To the right, we enter the living room which includes an integrated, fully-equipped designer kitchen, making your stay more pleasant. The living room has a magnificent dining area, Smart TV, and a 140x190cm sofa bed. It opens onto a cozy balcony, equipped with a table and two outdoor chairs.

The apartment has air conditioning for both heating and cooling. In addition, the building has a centralized heating system operating from 18:00 to 22:00 hours, and features an easily accessible elevator, reached by a small staircase equipped with a stairlift to ensure the comfort of people with reduced mobility, assuring easy access for all our guests.

In addition to the apartment’s unbeatable features, its perfect location in the heart of Granada stands out, just minutes from the Cathedral area and the most important monuments, as well as its connectivity to the city’s most prominent tourist attractions, and close to leisure areas offering a varied selection of shops and gastronomic options.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
