The apartment features a very bright living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a 50" Smart TV, side table, chairs, and a dining area for four guests. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped for both short and long stays. From the three balconies in the living room, you can enjoy views of Calle Mesones and Placeta de Santo Cristo.

The master bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a spacious built-in wardrobe, and two balconies overlooking Calle Caldereros. The bathroom, also exterior, includes a modern shower and its own balcony, which provides natural light and ventilation.

The apartment is air-conditioned in both the living room and the bedroom, and all the windows are double-glazed to ensure tranquility in the heart of the city. There is no elevator, as it is located in a historic building.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
