Helt fantastisk udsigt over Atlanterhavet
Ren, enkel, pæn og stor lejlighed. Fin mulighed for at lave måltider hjemme pga flot veludstyret køkken. Kun 5-8 min. gang til fint madindkøb og ok restauranter. Perfekt til familie med teenagere, der kan få eget værelse og toilet. Små børn i lejligheden er ikke en god ide pga mange trapper og dyb pool, laveste sted 1,30, dybeste 1,60. Øverste etage har lækre loungestole og den bedste udsigt i området. Man kan herfra se smukke solnedgange. Obs på, at der ikke er dør til øverste etage. Mellemste etage har to super soveværelser med hver sit bad og toilet og hver deres terrasse med udsigt over vandet. Der er ligeledes toilet i stueplan hvor der også er terrasse med bord og stole til spisning. Udsigten herfra er også suveræn. Vi gik ned til havnen og stranden på 30 min. Og kunne tage taxa hjem for 4 euro. Hvis man har lejet bil kan den holde på grunden indenfor hegn. Det var et rigtig godt ophold.

Fantastic stay
We just loooved the house,, and will return next year. The house has the best view I have experienced in Gran Canaria, and is quite well maintained. The owner is a pleasure to deal with, and everything went smooth. Really wanted to give it a 1-star to keep rating down, and prevent the rest of you from renting it - Want it all to myself ;-)

From beginning to end our stay was amazing. The photos don’t do it justice, its even better in reality. First impressions didn't fail, the villa is totally private, not overlooked by anyone, which Is what we wanted. It is spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen especially, a beautiful selection of indoor and outdoor dining sets, cutlery, glasses and every kind of kitchen equipment you could possibly need. So nice to open a cupboard or drawer and find what you need. The living area was beautiful, so homely but modern, dining table and chairs comfy sofa, HUGE curved tv and light coming in from every angle. Upstairs on the first floor via the stunning wide spiral staircase were two bedrooms, on En-suite and a family shower bathroom with a large window. Both bedrooms had fantastic balconies with large comfy chairs, plant of wardrobe space in both rooms. Upstairs to the top floor via a lovely white wooden staircase was the 3rd bedroom, what can I say, it’s absolutely huge, with a double bed that can be either be made into two singles, another glass fronted balcony with two huge round chairs and a table, the views from up here are totally mind blowing, you can see both Amadores and Puerto Rico beaches, it’s perfect for an early evening drink to watch the sun go down or to relax in total peace and quiet in the morning. The garden and pool were just perfect, pool was heated too, bbq and seating. Liliana is a perfect host highly recommended BOOK NOW!

Fantastic it WAS !
We have stopped in many Villas throughout the years and this was hands down the best in my opinion. Lilliana the host was just amazing. The location is perfect and the views outstanding. You are within walking distance to supermarkets/pubs and restaurants and bus stops which will take you almost anywhere. A car is the way to go though with very cheap car rental prices. The Villa can only accommodate parking for a small car only. Loved this villa will definitely use again.

Lovely Villa
Would 100% return. Beautiful villa, very clean and as pictures. Fantastic quiet location with amazing views. Had a small issue with the hot water on arrival but it was dealt with promptly when we contacted Liliana. Spent an amazing relaxing chilled out quiet week with my partner and would definitely return.

Lovely property, great views and really helpful owner
We have just arrived home from this wonderful property and are really missing the incredible views, the pool and the property itself. The villa is really well equipped (we self catered all week) and is in a lovely position, not overlooked and with panoramic views to the mountains, over the town and also to the sea, just lovely! There is a good local shop 5 mins walk away and Liliana the owner was so helpful all week - we also really appreciated the visit of the cleaner mid stay and the pool cleaners every few days to keep the property up to a brilliant standard. Thanks so much Liliana! I honestly can’t think of any negatives and would definitely recommend the villa to others.

Fabulous villa

Great trip
We have a really lovely stay in Gran Canaria. The villa is well located, clean and had enough space for the 5 of us. The views are great and there are amenities walking distance away. Liliana was a very attentive host and went out of her way to make our stay a good one. There were a few things about the villa that could have been better but these are very minor issues - some of the showers and sinks draining slowly, the dryer not working and sadly the pool wasn’t heated so we couldn’t use it. That said, we were very happy and well cared for!!

We hadden een zeer goede vakantie in dit huis. Er waren veel pluspunt; veel zon, mooie oriëntatie, indeling van de kamers en open keuken, goed werkende airco's, als bij verrassing werd halverwege de week het huis een poetsbeurt en werden de bedden verschoond en werden er propere handdoeken gelegd, vriendelijke poetsvrouw,... De minpunten: geen verwarmd minizwembad dus té koud, 's avonds heel veel nachtlawaai, de droogkast werkte niet, electriciteit is verschillende malen uitgevallen, kleine tuin, ....

We had tried 3 times to stay at this villa and had to cancel twice because of the Covid epidemic. It was well worth trying for the third time because we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Liliana is a fantastic host and was very patient with us as when our flight was delayed and we subsequently got lost late at night in the dark. The situation of the villa gives magnificent views as is enjoyed from every room, which were tastefully decorated. The pool was kept pristine. We will be back!

La verdad que por el precio que tiene y haciendo comparativa con otras villas deja bastante que desear en cuanto a lo que parece en las fotos y al mantenimiento de la casa. La piscina es pequeña, la cocina muy pequeña también, el césped bueno que era más tierra que césped, las persianas que tiene una de las habitaciones casi no abren ni cierran, en el ático hay una ventana enorme que no tiene ni como cerrarla y cuando amanece un poco ya te desvelas, en el baño de ese ático no hay donde apoyar nada y tampoco tiene armario, sólo un cuadradito allí de cualquier manera para poner unas prendas, es realmente básico todo, en las fotos parecía algo mucho mejor la verdad y me reitero que siempre viajamos a villas y esta es la más desastrosa en cuanto a calidad/precio. Hasta el portal para meter el coche que está en plena curva y es un peligro, tienes que bajarte para abrirlo con la llave y mientras tanto dejar el coche cruzado en la carretera, ya estando como está situado debería ser automático, para agilizar. La limpieza sobre todo en el ático también fue muy justa, subiendo las escaleras ya veías el polvo por el suelo. Tengo que también recalcar que Liliana fue un encanto y enseguida puso remedio al tema de la limpieza. Por lo demás la villa a nuestro criterio no vale ese dinero, por no funcionar ni funcionaba la luz de la piscina, muy justito todo, falta mucho mantenimiento.

A wonderful place for family to gather
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and fairly contemporary home. The pool and bbq were well used by us too! The kitchen was well equipped and towels were provided. Our stay included cleaning each week too. We were able to golf 9/18 holes nearby and found the twilight price good. We also really enjoyed walking the paseo down in Peurto Rico and exploring nearby towns such as Mogan and the sand dunes in Maspolomas. You do need a car to get around but some shopping/restaurants are nearby in a touristy mall called Europa. Antonio, the property manager, was very helpful and answered our texts quickly. His wife was also very helpful and cleaned the property., The rooms are spacious with lots of storage and gorgeous views in all directions. It was the perfect place for our international family to meet and enjoy time together!

Tolles Haus in prima Lage
Ein tolles Haus in prima Lage und ein sehr netter Vermieter und Putzservice. Einiges ist halt etwas alt. Die Dusche im OG ist sehr klein und man kann sich kaum drehen und die Spülmaschine war defekt. Der Pool ist ungeheizt aber sehr schön. Sonst alles wirklich prima!

Thank you very much for the review as it helps us to improve. We are sorry that when you stay at the villa you didn't tell us that the dishwasher was broken becasue we would have the opportunity to solve the problem, now there is a new one. Regarding that there are some old furniture, we are happy to say that during this month we are finishing to change all the furniture as well as a new kitchen, it have been a huge effort but we are very happy of the results that we will show with the new photos. It's great that you think our villa and services are really great!

Hela veckan var magisk, villan suverän, läget likaså och närheten till shoppingcentret Europa! Enda "negativa" ( om jag nu kan kalla det negativt) var att gångvägen från Europa var jobbig, uppför mest hela tiden! Men det fick bli motion;) Lilliana och Antonio var jättetrevliga det lilla vi träffade dem. Vi behövde inte kontakta dem om något, därav träffade vi dem inte så mycket. Ordnade med tidig taxi (04:20) på hemresedagen. Tipsade om biluthyrning och mycket annat. Vi, min familj och jag rekommenderar denna villa varmt! Dock inte för äldre personer då det är mycket trappor i villan. Hade det inte varit så lång flygtid hade vi garanterat återvänt. Men nästa gång vi åker utomlands kommer vi hyra villa igen och INTE bo på något hotell! Den här veckan var en upplevelse för livet! TACK FÖR ATT VI FICK HYRA!

Very nice, very clean villa, in a nice quiet location close to two big supermarkets, so you can walk to get all you need. Only comment would be that for a villa that caters for up to 7 people, some basics like washing powder, hand soap and an extra hair dryer for each bedroom would be good. Wonderful villa!
Fantastic stay with awesome view! It was the cleanest house we ever have rented! Liliana answered quickly to all our questions! Antonio and his wife were very helpful! Breath taking views
The communication with the owner liliana from start to finish was fast and very helpful. We was given directions and asked for a shopping list as we arrived late at night. Antonio and his wife was on hand any time every day and give us advice on places that was around the area. The villa was spotless perfectly clean. The views are amazing from every balcony and we enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch while enjoying the views. We used the master bedroom as it had the softest bed and en-suite. The other bedroom I found had a much firmer mattress and was not for us. The top floor has single beds ideal for families with children. The villa inside has everything you need dishwasher, showers, bathtub, washer,dryer,iron & board plus hairdryer and plenty of mirrors and wardrobe space. The garden is pretty and the lounge bed at the bottom of the pool is a wonderful way to relax. The pool is small but big enough for both of us. It would be a struggle with kids and inflatables. If I was to suggest one thing it would be to mention the size of the pool in the listing. Also the drive to park the car is a very tiny space so a small car is handy. The villa is at the end of a block of villas and on a bend so must be careful coming out of the drive. We had a great time staying here and will definitely recommend staying here. The shopping center (supermarkets) is about 8 mins walk and the beach is 5 minutes drive. The airport is only half hour away so very easy to drive to the villa.

Beautiful villa
We have stayed in many holiday villas and this one was definitely one of the best. It was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. The WiFi worked perfectly for the whole stay and the sun was always in the garden from am to pm. Liliana was a pleasure to deal with and so helpful and accommodating, even asking us for a shopping list as we weren’t landing until late at night. Antonio was also very helpful and gave us local tips on places to visit such as Anfi Del Mar Beach. We would definitely love to return to this villa in the future.

Lovely Villa, great views.
The villa is lovely and is ideal for a couple of families. Antonio and Lilliana were always on hand to help out. Walk into town (down hill) and get a cheap taxi back €4-5. Loads of restaurants and bars. Thoroughly recommended.

Lovely Villa
Perfect villa for 6 adults, with 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The villa is comfortable and very clean. The host Liliana is very helpful and communicative, and Antonio and Yolanda keep it very clean and tidy. A perfect stay. The area is steep and hilly as we were told but plenty of cheap taxis are available so this wasn't a problem. The 2 beaches nearby are good with lots of restaurants. Highly recommended.

First time booking a villa and on HomeAway so glad we did! Fantastic property with everything you need Liliana, Antionio and his wife have all been lovely and very helpful. We booked trip as possibe last holiday abroad for grandparents due to grandfather having dementia. The villa was perfect you could lock front and back doors and remove key unlike hotel plus extra benefit you can lock the gates which meant my grandfather had independence with out having to keep too close an eye on him. The villa was spotless with all the things you need such as towels and hairdryer. We used taxis to go down to beach, markets and shops. The first day we booked taxi and it didn't turn up but found out later that there is a hotel with similar name as villa which we nearly got drop off at. We used to just walk to the taxi stop which was just a short stroll with lovely views. We preferred puerto rico beach to amadores whilst both were lovely, puerto rico sand was softer and water was more clear. The only recommendation I would give would be to add some sort of heater to pool to take the edge of. I was the only one to get in did take me a while though. All round fantastic property 10/10 would definitely consider visiting in future!

A great villa in a nice position above Puerto Rico. The villa was spacious and spotlessly clean.
Excellent communication with the owners and thank you for the welcome basket, the beers were a nice touch. The villa is clean and spacious and is a great base to visit the surrounding area. Amadores beach is a short taxi drive away (cheap and efficient service) and has a nice range of restaurants with great views.

Beautiful Villa with views of the ocean
We received a warm welcome upon our arrival by Antonio. The Villa is lovely, and has fantastic views of the ocean! The decor is contemporary, and bright with sunshine. This is a beautiful villa. It is exactly as it appears and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Everything you need is here and added benefits include pool/beach towels, loo roll, washing up liquid and a few dishwasher cubes, hairdryer, along with all the usual kitchen equipment. And free wifi of course! These are really nice touches you don't usually get at villa rentals. Balconies on both sides of the villa meant we could choose to sit in sun or shade through the day and the views are great. It's close to a small complex of shops and bars - useful for the supermarkets but we didn't indulge in the entertainment but if that's what you're after it seemed a popular area. The villa is at the top of a hill but means it's in a quiet area - you overlook the centre of Puerto Rico and the nearby beaches, depending on which balcony you're on (or up on the roof terrace!). It was fairly quiet when we were there but it's all residential so you don't get too bothered by noise. The walk down the hill to the beach is fine and takes about 20 mins or so. Walking back up might be a challenge if you have mobility issues (cabs are plentiful though) but we thought it was ok and lots of permanent residents appear to use the walk for their daily constitutional! And finally, Antonio and Yolande who look after the property are lovely and are very helpful without being intrusive. Thank you both! All in all we had a lovely time and would thoroughly recommend this property.

Un sitio increible
La casa es bellísima , muy cómoda y confortable. El lugar hermoso y con todo el confort. Muy cerca hay sitios para hacer las compras. Realmente es un lugar para repetir. Ojalá podamos volver pronto. Fue una experiencia inolvidable. La casa Super y las playas cercanas hermosas. Todo merece la mejor calificación.

Lovely property with good views and within walking distance to restaurants and shops.
Liliana was a great host. A lovely touch leaving a few beers and a bottle of wine in the fridge for us. The property is clean and tidy and has pretty much everything you are likely to need - including BBQ, off road parking, a pool etc. Maintained to a high standard. Any negatives?? No real grumbles. The off road parking is a bit tight - you would struggle with anything larger than a family saloon car. The pool isn't huge, but it is very well maintained and is lovely for a dip to cool off. On the whole I would thouroughly reccommend.

Excellent and cozy villa
For the second time we chose this wonderful house to spend our vacations. Everything was perfect as always, and also surprised us with new remodelings. We love this villa with unique luxury features in the area and amazing views. Thank you Liliana again..!!

Amazing villa
Real stunning views of sea and mountains all around the villa, impeccable finishes and clean! Liliana truly kind and helpful, always smiling and available and was always on hold during our stay. If you had any question or wanted recommendation, you could always text and you had an answer immediately. Check-in/out was smooth. Had a welcome kit upon arrival, impressed! We enjoyed so much the garden and pool as each day was marvellously sunny, so much we didn´t want to leave the house. The kids enjoyed very much the smell of the barbecue and of the green grass being mowed by the friendly local-gardener. Taxis are super cheap and distances are short, 5 mins to amazing Amadores beach. We considered the villa to have very spacious rooms and big enough (even got own private parking lot) for holidaying with children and adult friends. Views were truly spectacular due to the villa´s unique location. I think we said that to each other every day!

Good villa
We found the villa was fine for 5 people but certainly no more. Pool is not heated and this needs to be specified, also the pool is not suitable for small children and neither is the villa really, but we were a party of adults so it was fine. The cleaning , which we paid extra for, was not completely satisfactory, sand still remained in the bath. The area is quiet, which is fine but the shopping centre near by has a very good Spar, who deliver the shopping but the bars and restaurants are a little "tacky" . The beach is a pleasant walk, but a taxi may be necessary back due to the steep incline. Taxis are cheap. All in all the villa itself is grand for adults, there was a bottle of prosecco on arrival. I would consider slowly about using Homeaway again, still don't understand why the booking deposit is taken twice from the card. Haven't experienced this method before.

I would like to thank you for the review and also explain some aspects of it. At arrival we always tell our guests that if they see something that is not ok, please, call me and I will do all that I can to solve it, in your case, we contact several times through whats app so if you thought that the cleaning during the stay was not perfect, I would really appreciate that you would send me a whats app because it would be very easy to solve it. On this website there is a feature that shows if the pool is heated and if it doesn't appears, as it is in our case, it means that it is not heated. Regarding the wellcome kit, not always is the same as it depends on the type of group and the arrival time. And finally, regarding your opinion that the villa is not suitable for children, I try to show with the photos how exactly is the villa, with the swimming pool area, the terraces, everything and in so many years, our most frequent guests have been families with children that choose the villa and hopefully enjoyed the stay.

Fantastic Village - Fantastic Stay
Cannot praise Liliana and her Villa enough. Right from initial booking the whole process was faultless. We were a family of 8 (2 children) and a great time was had by all. The villa was great and very clean in all respects. All the utilities were in good working order, lots of space and all bedrooms were very large all with air conditioning. The kids loved the pool (as did the grandparents)... We were met by Pilar and her Husband who are very friendly and are available to attend to any faults. The Villa location is excellent. A car is not essential but very handy to collect shopping or going to the beaches. The Europa Centre with restaurants and bars is a 10 minute walk. The larger Commercial Centre is a 4 euro taxi ride. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa. One tip - book early and get cheaper flights. You will not be disappointed! Lovely villa, Lovely people, Lovely holiday.
