Very big hotel with no charm. Many from the staff look very disapointed. Specialy in the breakfast-restaurant. Poor breakfast-buffet.

Rigtig fint hotel. Maden var helt fantastisk og servicen i top. Man skal som familie dog være obs på at hvis man bor i appartment del skal man gå et stykke på trapper (træls hvis man har klapvogn) for at komme til madområde.

Den værste sovesofa, men god hvis børn er med
Fint sted at være som familie. Legeplads og mini klub var et hit. Dog blev aften minklubben afviklet alt for sent for vores børn. Generelt var service niveauet ikke i top, ved indtjekning var receptionisten meget hurtig til at få os videre (med meget lidt tid til os) og da vi bad om en anden elkoger senere på opholdet kom denne aldrig.da vi bestilte lejligheden var der en mail korrespondence frem og tilbage med hotellet omkring at vi skulle bestille et familie værelse da vi var 4 (1 baby, 1 barn på 2 og to voksne). Der var en sovesofa og to enkelt senge til rådighed. Efter første nat hvor en af os sov i sovesofaen, måtte vi opgive at sove i den, da den seriøst var den dårligste seng ever. Helt skæv og bulet. Vi endte med at få en babyseng ind i soveværelset i stedet og sov alle der - så det ville have været nemmere (og sikkert billigere) med et normalt værelse i stedet for lejlighed.

Dejlig hotel. Når man først er tjekket ind behøver man ikke forlade hotellet, her er alt hvad hjertet kan begære, Super buffet, dejlig ude område, motion rum, fodbold bane, tennis bane, mini golf, Osv. Osv. PS. Når der står med udsigt til pool og hav passer det ikke, jeg tror alle kan se poolen, men ikke havet.

Det eneste, jeg kunne savne var et " Do not disturb" skilt, jeg kunne hænge på døren, så rengøringen ikke vækkede mig om morgenen, ellers var alt rigtig godt.

Fremragende hotel med god beliggenhed
Dejligt ren hotel med god beliggenhed. Flere gode muligheder for at dyrke sport/motion i hotellet, både fælles arrangementer og på egen hånd. Fremragende venlige og hjælpsomme personale. Serverer god og varieret buffet til morgen/middag/aften hver dag. Egnet til alle rejsende fra børn til ældre. Tæt på flere indkøbssteder og bus stoppe steder. Kan varmt anbefales.

Skønt resort
Dejligt sted med alt et resort kan tilbyde. Masser af aktiviteter at give sig i kast med, så det ikke bare bliver en ferie ved poolen. Stor buffet, men meget overcrowded af mennesker til alle måltider. Meget venligt personale.

Super hotel. Og super børnevennligt. Helt okay mad, men jeg tror at det mangler en børne bufé.

God underholdning og slidte værelser
Personalet var meget søde og underholdningen rigtig god. Maden var rigtig god og der var et meget stort udvalg til alle måltider. Værelset var meget slidt og der var meget larm tidligt om morgenen. Vi havde meget lidt sol på teressen. Der var også meget lydt på hotellet. Vi boede på det ene hotel og man skulle spise og se underholdning på det andet hotel. Godt til børn, da der er meget forskelligt underholdning og de unge mennesker som stod for underholdningen var fantastiske både til børn og voksne. Standarden på værelserne levede dog ikke op til prisen.

Gode faciliteter i form af pool, tennisbane, fitness. Stor buffet med lækker frugt. Grøntsager mindre imponerende. Hotellet havde lidt utætheder i tag hist og pist men ellers fint! God service - vi ankom sent, og så tændte de lys i restauranten ved midnatstid og havde sat to tallerkener mad frem til os!

Vi havde en Dejlig ferie, hotellejlighedernes køkken mangler bare noget man kan lave maden i :-( eller ligger lejlighederne dejligt roligt og dejligt med den gratis strand bus , vi havde havlvpension og maden de første dage var ok men efter det mangler der fornyelse til både morgen og aftensmåltiderne .

Hotellet var fint og rent. Dejligt poolområde med nogenlunde plads. Buffeen var decideret dårlig...som at spise på et amtshospital! Morgenmaden og frokosten ved poolen var bedst. Lejligheden var fin, men køkkenet meget spartansk indrettet. Wi-FI var håbløs og man kunne kun tilslutte een enhed pr. lejlighed. Det kostede 10 Euro pr. dag at parkere indenfor lågen.

Virkelig dårlig mad til frokost og aften ved et all inclusive engagement - alt for mange retter er de samme hele ugen Morgenmaden var til gengæld god. Hotellet var flot vedligeholdt med palmehave og pæne omgivelser og 2 gode pools. Godt underholdnings- program for børnene.

Amazing stay at the Barcelo in Maspalomas,good animation team, lots of activities during the day ,maybe some of the reception team should be more friendly i found them a bit arogant and not to helpful.

This is a very good hotel, place is very cleany ja and food is excellent ja delicious. Room was a cleany and bed is very good. I like the hotel a lot. Poolarea is cozy and clean.

Bra hotell!
Mycket bra restaurang. God frukost med jättestort utbud. Inget strandhotell men ligger bra till för att nå de olika playorna. Bra reception och speciellt en dam i 45-50-årsåldern! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!
