This was the 1st and last time I stayed here at Los Tilos. The apartments are dated and need a complete overhaul. The reception staff barely spoke from the moment I checked in. After having to pay over 30 euros for wifi access which didn't work for the first few days, and after having to contact the company personally, it only then worked intermittently. Whilst there appeared to be a number of cleaners, the actual amount of cleaning carried out in the room was minimal. The floors were swept, but only mopped with cold water which purely served to move dirt from one part to another. The bucket was then emptied down the lavatory and not even flushed away!! Towels were old and ragged and the hot water lasted only a few minutes whilst showering due to the size of the boiler in the kitchen area. Overall, very disappointing for the price paid and certainly it monies worth.
