"The villa is absolutely amazing has everything you could possibly ask for!! The location is a bit far out and taxis are difficult to get in Santa Pola we would recommend hiring a car. With a large group we managed with online grocery deliveries. Only suggestion we would have is a handbook for guidance with where to go for groceries/ restaurants/what to see in Santa Pola. "Lovely little apartment, really close to the beach and good restaurants nearby. As well lots of time on the beach we walked to the Marina and Old Town many times, which only takes 20 mins walk. We had one slight problem with no hot water in the kitchen but David sorted it straight away."

"A super nice stay in La Marina Our host Frau Klass was on spot all time, we changed our order several times, and we get answer within 30 minutes, clear and superb - on arrival we Call to the "key Lady" and she meet us at house on excat time, polite and very nice person, in other words Perfect start, everything was excat as on picture, house was clean and nice. Same when we leave very proffessional, we was impressed - and yes we will return - can only recommend this house. Have a nice summer"

"Property is welcoming and homely. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. It is well situated for walking into Quesada and the surrounding areas by car. The kitchen is well equipped and the sofa very comfy, we uses the spacious solarium regularly and went to the huge communal pool which was chilly due to the time of year. As constructive criticism we (as a pair of ladies) would have appreciated a full length mirror, but other than that an entirely pleasant stay"

"Montemar is a smallish urbanisation near La Finca golf and centre. Surrounding area us very attractive and near to Guardamar beach and Spanish towns of Algorfa and Almoradi (which come alive at night. House is clean, well equipped, with lovely comfortable main bed, good air conditioning and small but functional kitchen. Pool is directly outside front door and is lovely but area can be a little noisy. Patios and roof terrace at back of house overlook a yard where dogs are kept, and didn't find...

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la propriétaire, Renate, habite au dessus du logement, elle est discrète, très agréable, à l'écoute et avec un très bon contact.
