In this family-friendly vacation home for up to six people, you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with a view of the water while the kids play with toys or board games. This vacation home is perfect for those who, together with their loved ones, want to completely escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Enjoy a good book and a glass of wine by the fireplace, bake a deliciously fragrant apple pie in the well-equipped kitchen, or take a relaxing, warm bath. This vacation home is also designed with families in mind, so everyone can truly unwind here. 🛁🍷

Located in Gramsbergen, you’ll find plenty of activities for young and old in and around the park. Visit Ponypark City, Plopsa Indoor Coevorden, or Slagharen Amusement Park. Check out the park’s indoor playground, go bowling or play mini-golf, and take a dip in the pool. If you’re looking for some peace and quiet, enjoy an autumn walk in the Gramsberger Bosje with your dog(s), visit the nearby Spabron for some wellness, or hop on a bike for a ride through the autumnal landscapes. 🍂

Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a carefree stay. With amenities such as a Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair, cribs, a baby monitor, and a fully equipped kitchen, this is the perfect spot for a carefree (family) vacation. 👶

From comfortable box-spring beds and a wood-burning stove to a bathroom with a tub and rain shower, plus plenty of amenities for children. 🏡 About the vacation home:
- Waterfront vacation home for six people
- Three bedrooms with made-up, comfortable box-spring beds (one double bed and four single beds), Emma mattress toppers, and space for baby cribs
- One bathroom with a rain shower and bathtub
- Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and plenty of appliances. Including a hand blender, air fryer, and gourmet set
- Wood-burning stove with firewood
- Large, private garden with a patio, dining table, umbrella, and, if needed, a safety gate for the children
- Child-friendly, including stair gates, a Stokke Tripp Trapp with accessories, a travel crib, silicone cutlery, a stroller, a baby monitor, a changing pad, a toilet seat reducer, and a potty.
- Dogs are welcome (up to 2) and have their own cozy spot on the dog cushion. Please keep the dog(s) off the couch and out of bed.
- Free Wi-Fi, washing machine, Smart TV, (children’s) books, children’s toys, and (children’s) games

Guest access
🔑 You’ll have the entire house and garden by the fishing pond all to yourself. Check-in takes place at the park’s reception desk.

- Dogs only; no other pets allowed

🌎 The surroundings:
- Located in a vacation park with a heated pool (open year-round), an outdoor pool (open during the summer season), bowling, an arcade, an indoor playground, a bread service, and various dining options.
- Privacy provided by hedges and small woods on both sides of the cottage
- Within walking distance of the Gramsberger Bosje
- Just 1.1 km from Gramsbergen and 7.1 km from Hardenberg
- Have lunch or drinks at Mommeriete Brewery in Gramsbergen and enjoy dinner in the evening at Restaurant Zaut in Hardenberg
- For the little ones, Slagharen Amusement Park (14-minute drive), Plopsa Indoor Coevorden (15-minute drive), and Ponypark City (12-minute drive) are fun places to visit.
- Eva’s personal favorite: The medium-sized Spabron wellness center is a 17-minute drive away.
- Niels’ personal favorite: Cross the border by bike, boat, or car into Germany and visit, for example, the village of Laar. And of course, don’t forget the Kaffee und Kuchen there!
