"The room was nice and clean. Towels were changed every second day but no cleaning of the room, which is OK.
There was a fridge but no glasses, plates silverware or anything related to aeting food.
The laundry can only be used with quarters but not card nor smartphone. I the reception they could not even help which I think is way below acceptable."

"The hotel was next to a casino and you use the casino parking. The room was very nice, modern and clean. We walked to a tavern one block away and had a drink and food. Then we walked another block to an ice cream shop. It’s not in a real busy area and was a quieter area. We enjoyed our stay. "

"The staff at this location was great! We loved the pool, lounge area and ease of parking. This hotel is nice, new and clean which was refreshing! It has a casino right next door too!

"The property is beautiful! My room was a king suite with a view of the lake. The accommodations were great. Saturday nights are alive with good places to eat, lots of fun people, and great music! I’m coming back to Lake Las Vegas!"

"Så fint et hotel til en god pris. Vores drenge elskede hotellet og det var et stykke fra the strip, så ingen lyd gener og ro omkring os, lige som vi havde brug for, samtidig med at det var fine luxuriøse omgivelser til vores smag. Ville bestemt komme her igen."
"We chose this hotel because they listed a shuttle to the airport. When I checked in, the receptionist offered no remedy when they informed me that their shuttle was “broken”. I would have expected a taxi service or other type of refund, when this was listed as an amenity. The receptionist was very rude.
Also the smell of smoke was very strong in the reception/casino, meaning that their air circulation was not very modern."
"Dejligt hotel med store gode værelser. Var ikke generet af larm. Parkering var dog en udfordring hvis man kommer i en større bil grundet højdebegrænsning i deres tilknyttet parkeringshus. Desuden lukket pool på dage med 30 grader. Vi benyttede os dog af nabo hotellets men dette skulle vi selv finde ud af. Blev ikke oplyst omkring dette ved indcheckning "
"Really run down and ready to be torn down. Only one elevator works and it had a person sitting on a chair with a walkie talkie as it often got stuck. Breakfast at the hooters in the hotel is a shameful experience where the staff don't care about service and the coffee tastes off s**t. My room overlooked construction site where the bulldozer starts at 6.30AM. Parking is limited and you need a APP to pay. No warnings from Hotels.com??"

Vi havde et værelse ved siden af receptionen og vi fik stjålet en kuffert.
Døren var låst, kunne låses op med et kort.
